Das Zimmer 2 ist etwa 15m² mit einem großen Fenster . Unsere Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind der Eingangs-/ Essbereich, die Küche(am18.4.24 erneuert) (mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, Kühlschrank) und das Badezimmer (mit Badewanne + Dusche). Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock unter dem Dach und es gibt drei weitere Wohnungen im Haus. Wenn du dich für die Möbel im Zimmer interessierst, können die gerne übernommen werden(Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank). Unsere gemeinsame Waschmaschine (nur für unsere WG) und ein Abstellraum befinden sich im Keller.
Wenn du ein Fahrrad besitzt, kannst du im Eingangsbereich abschließen( übrigens ist die Haupttür immer abgeschlossen, deswegen ist auch super sicher dort abzustellen).
In den Mietkosten sind Grundmiete, Nebenkosten, Internet, Strom und GEZ-Gebühren enthalten. Die Kaution beträgt 715€.

The room is around 15m2 with a big window. Our shared areas are the entry/dining area, the kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher) and the bathroom (with bathtub + shower). The flat is located on the fourth floor under the roof and there are three more flats in the house. If you are interested zu take over the Furniture in the room(bed, desk, wardrobe,) please let me know. Our shared washing machine and a storage room are in the basement.
The rent includes all costs: basic rent, electricity, water, heating, internet and GEZ tax. The deposit is 715€. Please only contact us if you are sure to be able to pay the rent and deposit, thank you 😊

Wir wohnen direkt im Stadtzentrum! Jederzeit und im Handumdrehen kann man Lebensmittel einkaufen (Alnatura, Kaufland, Wochenmarkt, Rewe), der Hauptcampus der Universität ist in nur 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar, in 15 min erreicht man den Hauptbahnhof, mit dem Fahrrad geht es noch schneller. Die Bushaltestelle Jüdenstraße ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Straße selbst gibt es weder Geschäfte noch Bars und nur Anwohnerverkehr, daher ist es trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig.

We live right in the city center, it's so perfect! At any time and in no time, you can go for groceries shopping (Alnatura, Kaufland, Rewe), for an ice cream in town or a tour of the city. The main campus of the university is 10 min by walking, in 15 min you reach the main train station, and even less with your bike. There are no shops or bars nor traffic in the street itself, so it is very quiet.

Ich Pasang(25) suche eine freundliche Person, die gerne mal plaudert und ab und zu eine Mahlzeit teilt (du musst nicht super kochen können – gerne essen reicht auch schon!). Ich möchte die WG mit einer Person teilen, die WG-Erfahrung hat und das Wohl aller Bewohner respektiert und die WG-regeln hält( wir können gemeinsam planen).
Zurzeit befinde ich mich in der Ausbildung im ersten Lehrjahr an der UMG. In der Freizeit fahre ich gern Rennrad, spiele Basketball, gehe wandern und gehe ab und zu mal mit den freunden feiern und auch gern mit dir. Ich lege viel Wert darauf, dass alle WG Mitbewohner*innen ihren Teil zur Sauberkeit leisten( Es wird gemeinsam ein putzplan geschrieben).
Wenn du dich für die WG interessierst, schreibe bitte ein wenig über dich selbst, Hobbys und teile mit, wie lange du planst, in Göttingen zu bleiben. 😊

Es ist schon eine alte Waschmaschine vorhanden aber ich werde eventuell ein halbes Jahr alte Waschmaschine kaufen, die kaum benutzt wurde. Vielleicht Können wir diese Kosten zur dritt teilen aber wird nicht so hoch sein. ;)
