Hallo zusammen,
ich bin Nell (26) und werde von Anfang Juli (4.7.) bis Mitte Oktober (13.10.) für einen Forschungsaufenthalt Göttingen verlassen. Ich würde daher gerne mein Zimmer für diese 3 Monate untervermieten. Wir wohnen sehr zentral in der Innenstadt, direkt am "Willi". Ich habe hier ein 15m² großes Zimmer, das schön hell ist und zwei große Fenster hat. Da wir relativ weit oben, im 3. Stock, wohnen, bekommen wir viel Sonne ab. Neben deinem zukünftigen Zimmer liegt unser großes, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Sofaecke und Küchentisch. Unsere Küche und unser Bad haben alles, was man braucht, sind aber beide eher klein.
Da ich nur für ein paar Monate weg bin, würden alle meine Möbel in dem Zimmer bleiben. Ich würde aber auch gerne so viel wie möglich von meinen Sachen im Zimmer lassen bzw. einen Teil davon auf dem Dachboden abstellen. Wenn das für dich in Ordnung ist, können wir uns auch auf einen etwas günstigeren Preis einigen. In meinem Zimmer gibt es ein 1,40m Bett und einen Schreibtisch sowie einen Kleiderschrank, ein Regal und eine Kommode. Hier würde ich natürlich ein paar Fächer frei machen.

I am Nell (26) and will leave Göttingen for a research stay from around the beginning of July to the end of September. I would therefore like to sublet my room for these 3 months. We live very central in the city center, right next to the “Willi”. I have a 15m² room there, which is nice and bright with two large windows. As we live relatively high up, on the 3rd floor, we get a lot of sun. Next to your future room is our big cozy living room with a sofa area and our kitchen table. Our kitchen and bathroom have everything you need but are both rather small:)
As I'm only away for some months, all my furniture would stay in the room. But I would also like to leave as much of my stuff in the room as possible/ park part of it on the attic. If that works for you, we can also agree on a bit cheaper price. In my room there is a 1.40m bed and a desk as well as a closet, a shelf and a chest of drawers. I would of course free up a few compartments here.
Wir wohnen direkt neben dem Burgladen, der leckersten Bäckerei in Göttingen 😊 Außerdem gibt es hier zahlreiche Supermärkte (Rewe, Kaufland und Tegut) und viele Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und nette Geschäfte. Da wir am Willi wohnen, kann es abends natürlich etwas lauter werden - vor allem in den Sommermonaten - aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es mehr als erträglich.
We live right next to the Burgladen, the most delicious bakery in Göttingen 😊 There are also numerous supermarkets here (Rewe, Kaufland and Tegut) and lots of cafés, restaurants, bars and nice shops. As we live at the Willi, it can of course get louder in the evenings - especially in the summer months- but with the windows closed, it's more than bearable.
Ich wohne hier in der Wohnung zusammen mit Johanna und Sharline. Beide studieren Entwicklungsökonomik und leben seit fast zwei Jahren in Göttingen. Sie gehen gerne auf einen Kaffee oder einen Drink aus, brunchen am Wochenende zusammen und laden Freunde zum Abendessen oder Filmgucken ein. Sie verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander in den Gemeinschaftsräumen der Wohnung, beim Essen oder einfach im Wohnzimmer. Sie würden gerne mit jemandem zusammenwohnen, der unkompliziert ist, dem es nichts ausmacht, wenn Freunde da sind und jemand der natürlich ordentlich ist, da wir die Gemeinschaftsräume gerne sauber halten 😉 Vorzugsweise würden Johanna und Sharline gerne mit einer Frau zusammenleben. In der Wohnung sprechen wir meistens Englisch.
I live here in the apartment together with Johanna and Sharline. Both are studying Development Economics and have lived in Göttingen for almost two years. They enjoy stepping out for a coffee or a drink, having brunch together on the weekends and having friends over for dinner or a movie. They enjoy spending time together in the common areas of the flat, over food or just hanging out together in the living room. They would like to be joined by someone who is easy going, doesn't mind friends being around and of course neat, since we like to keep common living spaces pretty clean 😉 Preferably Johanna and Sharline would like to live with a girl/ woman. In the flat we usually speak English.
Ich würde auch gerne eine einmonatige Mietkaution (= 370€) nehmen, um sicherzustellen, dass alles in meinem Zimmer in gutem Zustand bleibt und nichts kaputt geht.

I would also be happy to take a monthly rent (= 370€) deposit to make sure that everything in my room stays in good condition and nothing gets broken. I would be happy if you treat my furniture and objects with care.
