Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein schönes WG-Zimmer, da ich zum studieren die Stadt wechseln muss. Die Wohnung liegt (für Göttingen Kenner: "direkt am Nabel") also mitten in der Innenstadt. Man braucht 10min zu Fuß zum BHF und ca. 5min zur Haupt uni. Ist somit auch perfekt für abendliche Unternehmungen.
Das Zimmer:
- ist ca. 15qm groß und hat eine Deckenhöhe bei 3m
- hat eine festintegrierte Hochebene die ich zurzeit als Bett oben und als Begehbaren Kleiderschrank unten nutze echt praktisch und platzsparend (muss mit übernommen werden)
Einkaufen:
Netto ist ca. 1min entfernt und auch REWE, Tegut und Kaufland sind schnell erreichbar
