MitbewohnerIn gesucht. Zum 1.8.11 wird in unserer 6er-WG im Studentenwohnheim Kolosseum am Kreuzbergring ein Zimmer frei. Es ist ca. 20m² groß und die Miete beträgt 215 € warm und beinhaltet die Nutzung des Internets. Zudem ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Wir sind drei Jungs und zwei Mädels und zwischen 21 und 28 Jahren alt. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, deshalb ist uns wichtig, dass:
-Die WG-Kasse für Lebensmittel beibehalten wird
-Das Gemeinschaftsgefühl fortbesteht
-Du WG-Erfahrung hast
-Ein gewisses Maß an Ordnung und Sauberkeit herrscht
-Du locker und vorurteilsfrei bist
Da das Haus vom Studentenwerk betrieben wird, ist es nötig, dass du immatrikuliert bist.
