Hallo, ich suche zum 10. August 2011 (+/- 3 Tage) eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für mein 12 m² großes Zimmer in einer 2er-WG direkt in der Innenstadt-ROTE_STRASSE_15. Die Lage ist optimal (mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. direkt nebenan), trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da sie nicht auf der Seite der Straße liegt.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit Parkett ausgelegt, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und eine Waschmaschine gibt es auch. Zusätzlich gibt es einen separaten Stauraum. Momentan ist das Zimmer möbliert, wenn dir die Möbel gefallen, kann es möbliert gemietet werden, ansonsten auch unmöbliert.
Mein WG-Mitbewohner ist 26 Jahre alt und ein freundlicher und geselliger Mensch. Wenn Du Interesse hast die WG kennenzulernen, melde Dich!
