Hi! Joris (25), Marco (21), Björn (32) and Lisa (25) are looking for a new flatmate!
Our place is centrally located and offers an Internet-flatrate, green electricity, a wintergarden, a shared washing machine and a garden. Shopping facilities can be found just around the corner. To REWE and LIDL it'll take you around five minutes, probably. To the main university campus it takes you even less.. about 2 minutes! ;)
The room has 17 m² and costs 148 € per month (+ 17 € for electricity). IMPORTANT: You need to be an international student (Erasmus, DAAD or normal foreign student)(it is a flat in a students' residence where there has to live at least one foreign student)!
If you prefer an uncomplicated style of living, like to be around easygoing people and are non-smoker, write to or call ----/-------. Women preferred! You could move in between the 15th of August and 1st of September.
