Ich verreise von Mitte Sepbember 2012 bis Ende Januar 2013 über und suche für diese Zeit eine nette Zwischenmieterin oder Zwischenmieter!
Das Zimmer hat eine große Fensterfront und ist entsprechend hell. Darin stehen ein Bett, ein Sofa und ein Schrank, in dem ich für Dich Platz schaffen würde.
Mein Mitbewohner und meine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen sind sehr nett, aktiv und immer für ein nettes Gespräch zu haben.
Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral in Göttingen gelegen, 10 Min zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof und in Unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein Riesensupermarkt (Kaufland) und ein Bio-Supermarkt.
Es wäre mir wichtig, den/die ZwischenmieterIn vor dem Einzug persönlich kennenzulernen. Skype geht auch. Ich werde noch bis zum 14. September. in Göttingen sein. Die Miete + Kaution ist im Voraus zu bezahlen, die Kaution gibts wieder sobald ich wieder da bin und sehe dass alles in Ordnung ist (Mitte Februar 2013).

My name ist Tom, I'm going to travel from Mid September 2012 until the end of January 2013 and look for somebody who wants to rent my room during this time.
The room hast a great windowfront which makes it quite bright. I own a bed, a sofa and a cabinet which I would clear a little for you.
My flatmates are great! All of them are very active and friendly, always up for some nice talking and stuff.
The flat is located very centrally in Göttingen, it's a 10-minutes walk to the central station and there are two supermarkets close by (one of them for organic food).
It would be important for me to meet with you before moving in. (Via Skype would also be an option) I'll be in Göttingen until the 14. of September. The rent and bond is to be paid beforehand and you'll get the bond back as soon as I'm back home and see that everything is fine (Middle of february).
I'm looking forward to meeting with you!
