Ich vermiete mein WG-Zimmer von Oktober, also ab sofort bis April, da ich ins Ausland gehe. Es besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit die Wohnung bzw. das Zimmer unbefristet zu übernehmen, falls du Interesse daran hast. Die Wohnung ist direkt in der Innenstadt gelegen. Gegenüber ist ein Rewe und vor der Tür ein Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in fünf Minuten am Zentralcampus und auch am Kiessee und der Eiswiese ist es kaum weiter. Die Wohnung hat eine Küche in der man auch gemütlich sitzen kann und ein neues Bad. Die Möbel aus meinem Zimmer lasse ich natürlich da, also Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und ein großes Ecksofa. Meine Mitbewohnerin ist berufstätig, 24 Jahre alt und unkompliziert. Wenns es passt kochen wir zusammen oder unternehmen abends/am Wochenende was. Wenn ihr Interesse habt, meldet euch entweder per Mail oder Telefon. Besichtigungen sind leider erst ab nächste Woche möglich.
