Hallo ihr Lieben,
leider muss ich dieses schöne 25 qm Zimmer verlassen, da es mich ins Ausland verschlägt.
Das Zimmer ist quasi riesig und man hat die Möglichkeit es in einen Schlaf- und einen Wohnbereich zu unterteilen.
Außerdem hat man einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon auf dem man im Sommer super sitzen kann und das ein oder andere Getränk genießen kann ;)
Es liegt Laminat und ein Kabelanschluss sowie Telefon und Internet ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral, man ist in einer Minute am Zentralcampus und in 3 min in der Stadt.
Supermärkte sind auch direkt um die Ecke und auch der Bahnhof ist nichtmal 5 min entfernt..
perfekt Lage :)
Mein Mitbewohner heißt Janosch, ist 23 Jahre alt und studiert Jura. Er kocht gerne und das ein oder andere Getränk kann man auch mit ihm genießen ;)also ein rundum geselliger Typ.
Er freut sich euch kennenzulernen..
Das Zimmer ist auch schon zum 15. August frei, ihr könntet also auch früher einziehen.
