Hallo,
ich suche eine neue Mitbewohnerin/Mitbewohner für ein 22qm großes, helles Zimmer in unserer schönen 2-er Altbau-WG am Rande der Innenstadt.
Das Zimmer hat einen Dielenfussboden und 2 Fenster. Die Lage ist trotz Innenstadtnähe ruhig. Salamanca, Maharadscha und der Lehmofen sind gleich um die Ecke.. zum Einkaufen bieten sich Rewe und Kaufland an.
Unsere große Wohnküche hat eine Spülmaschine und neue Einbauküche. Insgesamt ist die gesamte Wohnung vor 3 Jahren neu renoviert worden, so dass alles noch sehr neu aussieht.
Da ich Vollzeit arbeite sind besonders Berufstätige willkommen sich zu melden ;)
Schreibt einfach, wenn ihr Lust habt vorbei zu kommen und euch das Zimmer anzuschauen, ich freu mich auf euch! :)
