Hallo liebe Zimmer-Suchende,
wir bieten ein 16 m² großes Zimmer in unserer WG im Herzen Göttingens an. Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt: Zwischen Wilhelmsplatz und Rotestr.. In 5 min bist du bei Kaufland, Rewe oder Alnatura und auch zum Campus ist es nicht weiter. Zum Bahnhof benötigt man zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten und der Cheltenham Park ist um die Ecke.
Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock und ist sehr gemütlich. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Doppelfenster und ist daher sehr hell. Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Wir, Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Felix, 25, Soziologie und Politik und Maria, 20, Spanisch und Politik. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, aber auch keine Spiele-, Dauerbeschäftigungs- oder sonstige Zwänge-WG. In der Wohnung wird nicht geraucht. Einzug ist ab 1. Juli möglich.
