Ich bin Alex und ich fliege nach London fur sechs Monate am Ende Dezember fur Arbeit und deswegen brauche ein(e) vermeiter(in) fur mein Zimmer.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 22sqm, moebliert (Schrank,Bett,Schreibtisch TV, kommode...) und ist sehr hell. Es gibt ein großes Fenster (vom Boden bis zur Decke), das nach Westen geht. Vor dem Fester steht die Heizung, die man auch gemütlich als Sitzgelegenheit nutzen kann. Das große Fenster geht direkt zum Balkon raus (ca. 6-7 Meter lang). Auf dem Balkon haben wir einen Stauraum (Schrank), Gartenmöbel und einen Grill, der im Sommer oft genutzt wird)
Im Zimmer ist es ruhig, von den Nachbarn hört man wenig.
Die Wohnung hat sonst noch ein mittelgroßes Bad mit Waschmaschine und Dusch-Badewanne, einen Flur mir Wandschrank, eine Küche, die gerade neu gemacht wurde und mein Zimmer.

My name is Alex and I've been living in my apartment for the last year and a half however, at the end of December I have to move to London for half a year to work before coming back to Göttingen and therefore I need someone to take my apartment for the six months that I am in London.
The room is quite big and spacious (22sqm) and will come fully furnished with all new furniture, curtains, writiting table, cupboards etc. The window (with access direct to the balcony) is floor to ceiling and comprises the entire west facing wall. The balcony is huge (6-7 meters long) and features trellaced ivy, ornate seats and table, as well (and most importanty a brand new barbeque). The floor that I'm living on is quite quiet and you hear nothing from the nieghbours.
The apartment has also brand new countertops and cooker, and everything else that you need for cooking, baking etc. There is also a bathroom with shower, washing machine, bath.
Ja okay, es ist der Maschmühlenweg, aber die Wohnung ist sehr schön und vor allem zentral! Du brauchst 1 Minute und du bist auf dem Campus (SUB), max. 4 Minuten zum Hbf und 2 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch viele, z.B. Netto (5 Minuten zu Fuß) oder REWE und Lidl am Campus. Das Fitness-Studio "Fitness First" ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG, den Fahrstuhl muss man nicht benutzen.
Ja okay, the Maschmuhlenweg is a prettz ugly building but inside the apartment is really nice and almost everything is new. It is located literally 1 minute from campus, 4 min to the trainstation, 2 min to the innercity and the bus stops right across the road. There are a number of places to buy your groceries near by, and the gym "Fitness First" is also directly across the road. The apartment is also on the 1st floor so now long trips with the elevator.

Ich bin Silke, 21 und studiere Agrarwissenschaften an der Uni im 3. Semester. Ich bin gerne unterwegs auch abends, aber trinke auch gerne mal gemuetlich ein Bier zu Hausen trinken (vielleicht ja bald mit dir?).
Ansonsten bin ich offen, entspannt und treibe gerne Sport, wenn ich mich dazu motiviert kriege ..
My current roomate is the wonderful Silke so you would be living with her if you moved into the apartment, she is 21 and studies agricultural science (in her third semester). She is quite laidback, vegetarian, has worked as a wine seller, likes Elvis, speaks English, French and of course German, fluently, all in all a pretty cool individual.
Das Zimmer ist ab jetzt frei!!.
