Hallo allerseits :)
...da es mich diesen Sommer für ein paar Monate ins Ausland verschlägt, wird mein wunderbares Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 qm groß, quadratisch geschnitten und schön hell. Natürlich kannst du alle meine Möbel nach Lust und Laune benutzen, es stehen dir also ein großes Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal, Schrank, Kommode und ein Fernseher mit echter Kinoatmosphäre zur Verfügung :D
Außerdem haben wir in der WG noch ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mitsamt Sofaecke und Klavier, einen Balkon und eine schöne große Küche, die geradezu prädestiniert sind für schöne WG-Abende :)
Die Lage ist für Studenten unschlagbar – nur 40 Sekunden bis zur Zentral-Mensa und zum LSG, die Bushaltestelle und der nächste Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke... einfach perfekt!
Einziges Manko ist wohl die Hauptstraße an der das Haus liegt...aber die Fenster sind neu und gut isoliert, sodass man den Lärm gut aussperren kann ;).
Das Highlight an der WG sind – natürlich – meine Mitbewohnerinnen! Miri (25) studiert im Master Geschichte, Englisch und Religion auf Lehramt und Delia (25) schreibt gerade ihre Masterarbeit in Psychologie. Die beiden sind sehr gesellig, haben immer ein offenes Ohr und würden dich ganz herzlich bei uns aufnehmen :)
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, aber es ist natürlich auch kein Problem, wenn du mal deine Ruhe haben willst.
Das Ein- und vor allem Auszugsdatum ist relativ flexibel, wenn du also nur bis Anfang/Mitte August oder noch bis Mitte September etc. suchst, finden wir bestimmt eine Lösung :)
Du hast den Eindruck, dass du bei uns reinpassen könntest und bringst auch schon etwas WG-Erfahrung mit?
