Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und quadratisch geschnitten. Es hat ein Fenster zur Ostseite und hat knapp 3 Meter hohe Decken. Da ich das Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete anbiete, ist es bereits möbliert. Vorhanden ist ein großer Schrank, zwei Kommoden, ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, zwei Spiegel und zwei Nachttische. Natürlich kannst du auch die Einrichtung mit eigenen Teilen ergänzen.
The room has aprox. 16 squaremeters and a window to the easten side. It´s fully furnished, which means a bed, a big wardrobe, two dressers, two mirrors, two nightstands and a desk including desk chair. If you wish, you could bring own pieces of furniture for the time.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich äußerst gut. Zu Fuß sind es 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof und mit dem Fahrrad 7 Minuten zur Uni, und das auch nur wegen der Ampeln, nachts sind es 4 (getesteter Wert). Ein Aldi befindet sich 100m die Straße weiter, auch ein Nahkauf ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig, weshalb man sehr gut schlafen kann. Der Leinekanal (gut zum Joggen) ist auch nicht mehr als 50 Meter entfernt. Der Leinepark sowie ein Basketballplatz sind direkt nebenan.
The location of the flat is really convenient. It will take you 5 minutes to the station and a good 7 minutes to the university by bike. The are two supermarkets really close. Also a small river right behind the house, a beautiful area, especially in the summer. The building is located right next to a small park including a basketball court.
Du würdest mit Leon zusammen Wohnen, einem geselligen und aktiven Medizin-Studenten. Es kann sein dass er hin und wieder etwas mehr ztun hat (wie gesagt, Medizin-Student) aber ansonsten läuft das WG-Leben sehr harmonisch ab. Zusammen Fussball gucken oder Kochen ist immer drin.
You will live together with Leon, an active and friendly Medschool student. He is a really chill dude who´s always in for a few beers or some cooking. He lived in Göttingen for two years now, so he knows his way around.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein für zwei Leute schon fast dekadent großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad und eine Küche. Diese hat neben der üblichen Austattung auch eine Waschmaschine. Die Dusche ist eine richtige Dusche, nicht so ein Badewannen-Verschnitt. Ansonsten funktioniert alles so wie es sollte, und genug Stauraum ist auch vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein großer Tisch mit 6 Stühlen, ein Sofa, ein Sessel und diverse Regale. Hier sind zwei große Fenster vorhanden.
Es ist auch möglich die Wohnung erst ab April oder bis Ende August zu beziehen.
The common consist of a big living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen has everything you will need, so don´t worry about that. In the living room there´s a dinner table with 6 chairs, a couch and an armchair. SO enough room to have a few friends over for some uality time.
It will also be alright to move in the first of April or live here until the end of August.
