Ich suche ab dem 01.02.2017 einen festen Nachmieter für meine helle 24 qm Wohnung in der Innenstadt von Göttingen. Die Wohnung ist mit 3 grossen Zimmern sehr hell und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, da sie zum Innenhof ausgelegt ist und sehr gut isoliert ist. Die WG hat eine gemeinsame gut ausgetatte Küche mit grossen Kühlschrank, Bad + WC, ein weiteres WC, Fahrrad Stauraum und einen sehr schönen Balkon, auf dem im Sommer sehr häufig gegrillt wird. Die Wohnung kommt ausserdem mit einer Waschmaschine und Dachbodenstauraum. Das Treppenhaus hat einen Lift und wird wöchentlich gereinigt.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner wären Oliver und Sophie, beides Studenten an der Uni Göttingen.
Die Miete ist mit allen Kosten 483 EURO im Monat

Gelegen in der Innenstadt, hast du sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Rewe/Kaufland sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Ausserdem gibt es einen Kiosk direkt vor der Wohnung sowie kleine Restaurants und Bars
