Das Zimmer hat ca. 15qm und kann für die Zwischenmiete voll möbliert bleiben oder auch ganz leer gemacht werden, wie gewünscht. Es hat ein Doppelfenster zum Innenhof (schön leise und hell da Richtung Süd-Osten) und eine zweite Etage auf die locker ein Bett und ein kleinerer Schrank passen.
Die Lage ist perfekt zwischen Zentralcampus und dem Unisport! Mit dem Fahrrad schafft man es ganz entspannt in höchstens 5 Minuten zum Z-Campus, einfach nur den Kreuzbergring runterfahren. Offentliche Verkehrsmittel sind auch in der Nähe.
Es ist ein super entspanntes und freundliches Miteinander hier. Wir sind eine sehr bunt gemischte Truppe und unternehmen auch gerne mal etwas zusammen. Es ist eigentlich immer jemand zum Quatschen da aber wenn man seine Ruhe möchte, werden geschlossene Türen auch respektiert. Sehr ungezwungen alles.
