Ca 20 Quadratmeter und schön hell.
Zur Gesamtmiete von 315 kommen noch Strom, Internet und GEZ.
Einen gemeinsames Wohnzimmer gibt es in unserer Wohnung nicht, dafrür einen größeren offenen Flur in dem man auch schön gemeinsam essen kann.
Das Zimmer hat wirklich die perfekte Lage. Es befindet sich mitten in der Innenstadt in der Mauerstraße.
Supermärkte und Bus sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. In die Uni könnte man sogar in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß laufen.
Natürlich gibt es einen Haufen Restaurants und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke!
Ich heiße Katharina, bin 21 Jahre alt und studiere Lehramt.
Zum 01.04 suche ich einen neuen, aufgeschlossenen und sympatischen Mitbewohner.
