Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin/einen Mitbewohner für meine Wohnung (ein gibt es schon). Da ich nur wenige Tage im Jahr in Göttingen bin, ist die Wohnung praktisch immer komplett zu Eurer Verfügung. Keine Haustiere und keine Raucher bitte.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und liebevoll mit allerlei Dingen aus aller Welt eingerichtet. Es gibt 3 Betten, mehrere Kleiderschränke, ein Sofa in der Küche und schönen Geschirr. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist in der Mitte der Innenstadt aber ruhig und hell mit schönen Bäumen.
Oberster Stock in Burgstr. (Nähe Wilhelmsplatz). Im Sommer wurde das Dach erneut und jetzt hat die Wohnung ein großzugige Loft mit 2 Schlafmöglichkeiten.
Ein Bioladen und mehrere cafes sind vor der Tür.

Bitte sei etabliert und professional. Kein junges WG bitte. Ich suche jemand für mindestens ein Jahr. Länger wäre optimal!

This is a very cosy appartement right in the center of Göttingen. It is completely furnished and has everything you need. I am looking for someone to share it (I already have one). As I am in Göttingen only a couple of days per year the apartment is completely yours almost all of the time. No pets and no smoking please.
It has two rooms, a large new loft where I keep most of my stuff, bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. You can also use the washing machine. In the summer the roof was renovated and now the apartment has lots more space in the new loft.
The apartment is very centrally located but quiet and bright with beautiful trees all around. There are cafes and an organic store right downstairs.
I am looking for a graduate student or professional who would like to stay for at least one year. Optimal would be someone who would like to stay for longer.

Innenstadt aber erreichbar. Fast an der Ecke vom Wilhelmsplatz. Erreichbar mit dem Auto aber Fußgängerzone fängt schon an der Ecke an. Gute Busverbindungen. 10-15 Min. zu Fuß bis zum Bahnhof. Bioladen und viele Cafes un Kneipen direkt vor der Tür! Garten von der Aula mit Bäumen und Springbrunnen vor dem Fenster.
