Wir suchen ab Oktober eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere wunderschöne Wohnung mit 5 Schlafzimmern und viel Gemeinschaftsplatz.
Die Wohnung ist ein Traum – es gibt eine große Küche mit Platz für Esstisch und Sofa. Die Küche geht in ein Arbeits- und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin über. Von der Küche geht ein Wintergarten ab, aus dem wir im Sommer ein kleines zweites Wohnzimmer machen. Vom Wintergarten aus kommt man in den Garten, in dem viele Kräuter und Blumen wachsen. Dort gibt es eine große Terrasse und ein kleines Gartenhäuschen. Am Garten plätschert ein Bach entlang.
Vom Wohnungseingang aus führt ein langer Flur zu den fünf Schlafzimmern. Die Decken sind über drei Meter hoch. Im Bad gibt es eine riesige Badewanne und auf dem Hausflur haben wir noch eine zweite Toilette. Zur Wohnung gehören mehrere Kellerräume – in einem sind schon Wäscheleinen angebracht und in dem anderen ist ein kleiner Sportraum eingerichtet.
Dein Zimmer ist circa 11qm groß und schön hell und blickt nach Westen ins Grüne. Es wäre auf Wunsch auch mit einem wunderschönen Hochbett zu haben, und kostet 350 Euro warm pro Monat ( inkl. Internet und Gemüsekiste bei der solidarischen Landwirtschaft).
We are looking for a new roommate in october for our beautiful apartment with 5 bedrooms and a lot of common space.
The apartment is beautiful - there is a large kitchen with a big dining table. The kitchen opens onto a working and living room with a fireplace and a sofa. From the kitchen you also access a conservatory, which serves as a small second living room in summer. From the conservatory, you enter the garden, where many bushes and flowers grow. There is a large terrace and a small garden shed. There is a small stream of water running down at the front of the garden.
From the apartment entrance, a long corridor leads to the five bedrooms. The ceilings are over three meters high. The bathroom has a huge bathtub and on the hallway we have a second toilet. The apartment has several utility rooms - one serves as a laundry room equiped with a washing machine and drying lines, and the other serves as a small sports room.
Your room is about 11 square meters and bright and looks west into the greenery. It would be on request also furnished with a beautiful bunk bed, and costs 350 euros warm per month (including internet and a weekly vegetable box).
Die Wohnung liegt im Ostviertel direkt unter den Schillerwiesen. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad sind die Innenstadt, die Uni und der Stadtwald zu erreichen. Bushaltestellen gibt es auch in der Nähe – aber die braucht man in Göttingen eigentlich selten ;). Supermärkte sind nicht weit weg. Für große WG-Einkäufe haben wir auch ein Auto.
The apartment is located in the eastern district (Ostviertel) directly below the Schillerwiesen. In a few minutes on foot or by bike, you can reach the city center, the university or the forest. There are also bus stops nearby - but you rarely need them in Göttingen;). Supermarkets are not far away. For large WG purchases, we also have a car.
Wir sind alle berufstätig – bis auf unsere jüngste Mitbewohnerin, die ein paar Monate alt ist – und alle Anfang 30. Zwei von uns arbeiten als Lehrerinnen, einer in der Nachmittagsbetreuung einer Grundschule, und einer forscht am Institut für Erziehungswissenschaften. Wir sind Mitglied in einer solidarischen Landwirtschaftsgruppe, über die wir den Großteil unseres Gemüsebedarfs beziehen. Für alles andere haben wir eine gemeinsame WG-Kasse.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG: Wir frühstücken gerne spontan auf der Terrasse, essen etwas zusammen oder trinken abends vor dem Kamin Tee, Bier oder Wein. Wir gehen gerne im naheliegenden Stadtwald spazieren/joggen/wandern. Wir brauchen aber auch Ruhe fürs Arbeiten und es ist uns wichtig, dass alle Raum haben, ihr eigenes Leben zu gestalten.
Wir leben mit einem Baby: Die zwei Eltern wohnen beide hier und sind auch die Bezugspersonen. Du musst also keine Verantwortung für das Kind übernehmen, aber es wäre schön, wenn du prinzipiell nichts gegen Kinder hättest. Die Wohnung ist groß genug, um nicht die ganze Zeit aufeinander zu hocken.;)
Mit früheren Mitbewohnis haben wir viel auf Englisch und Französisch kommuniziert, zögere also nicht dich zu melden, wenn Deutsch nicht deine Muttersprache ist. Für die Kommunikation in der WG ist uns Offenheit und Wertschätzung ganz wichtig.
Wir machen alle verschiedene Sportarten (Klettern, Kampfsport, Yoga, Langlaufski, Fußball). Und wir gehen gerne auf Konzerte (Punk, Ska, Rock) und ins Theater, auf politische Veranstaltungen ins Juzi oder für ein Bierchen in den T-Keller. Schließ dich uns dabei gern an – wir freuen uns!
Wir suchen Personen, die einen gewissen politischen Grundkonsens mit uns teilen. Wenn du dich kritisch mit den bestehenden Verhältnissen auseinandersetzt, Klischees hinterfragst (Geschlecht, Herkunft, Sexualität, etc…) und Patriotismus eine Absage erteilst, freuen wir uns dich kennenzulernen.
We are all working and between 30 and 35 years old – except our youngest roommate, which is a few months old. Two of us work as teachers, one is a social worker and one is a researcher at the Institute for Education Sciences. We are a member of a solidarity-based agricultural group, through which we get the majority of our vegetable needs. For everything else, we have a common WG money box.
We are not a purpose-shared apartment: We like to have breakfast spontaneously on the terrace, eat something together or drink tea, beer or wine in the evening in front of the fireplace. We like to go for walks / jogging / hiking in the nearby city forest. But we also need peace and quiet~ for work and it is important to us that everyone has the space to shape their own lives.
We live with a baby: Both parents also live here and take care of it. You don’t have to take any responsibility for the child, however it would be nice, if you wouldn’t hate kids. The flat offers enough space for everybody.;)
With former flatmates we spoke a lot in English and French, so you can write us, even if german is not your mother tongue. Openness and consideration are very important to us for communication in the shared apartment.
We do all kinds of sports (rock climbing, martial arts, yoga, skiing, football). And we like to go to concerts (punk, ska, rock) and the theater, to political events in Juzi or for a beer in the T-keller. You can join us if you like !
We are looking for people who share a certain basic political consensus with us. When you deal critically with existing conditions, question stereotypes (gender, nationality, sexuality, etc ...) and reject patriotism, we would be very glad to meet you!
