Starting from 7th October the biggest room in our WG will be available.
The room, which is located in a large second floor apartment, is very spacious (20 m2) and bright, has a laminate floor and a balcony where it is possible to sit outside. The room is facing directly the “Stadtwall” and therefore the balcony in surrounded by trees and you will be close to one of the most popular jogging sites in Goettingen. It is also optional to buy part of the furniture including a bed, a sofa, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. Price on negotiation basis.

Das größte Zimmer unserer WG wird ab 7. Oktober frei. Das Zimmer (20 m2) liegt im 2. Stock und ist sehr hell. Ein Highlight ist der Balkon wo man draußen sitzen und einen Blick ins Grüne und auf den Stadtwall genießen kann.
Da das Zimmer momentan voll möbliert ist, bestehst auch die Möglichkeit einzelne oder mehrere Möbelstücke zu kaufen (Preis auf Verhandlungsbasis).

Our apartment has also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bathroom with shower and washing machine and a guest toilet. We also have a storage room in the cellar and an underground parking space. The apartment is very central and yet very quite. The flat has a near proximity to the train station and several bus stops.
DEU:
Unsere Wohnung hat bereits eine Küche die vollausgerüstet ist, eine Spülmaschine, ein Bad mit Dusche, eine Waschmaschine und auch eine Gaestetoilette. Außerdem haben wir einen Keller und einen Parkplatz in der Tierfgarage.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral aber immer noch sehr ruhig.
ENG:
Your future housemates will be Eleonora (an Italian 31 years old post doc at the Uni-klinimum) and Goran (a Croatian 28 years-old PhD student in the Max Plank Institutes for Biophysical Chemistry). Since we all work quite a lot we don’t make parties often, but we do like to cook together and sit together with a good glass of wine in the kitchen!
Therefore, if you are looking for a multicultural and dynamic WG, here is your best chance!

Deine Mitbewohner sind Elenora (Italienerin, 31, arbeitet am UMG) und Goran (Kroate, 28, arbeitet am MPIBPC). Weil wir tagsüber berufstätig sind, feiern wir keine großen Partys aber wir kochen gerne zusammen und sitzen oft gemeinsam mit einem Glas Wein in der Küche.
Wenn du eine multikulturelle und dynamische WG suchst, ist hier deine große Chance.
