Da ich für einen Lehrgang einen Monat weg bin, vermiete ich meine zwei Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete.
Zusammen sind die Zimmer 22qm, ein Schlaf-&ein Wohnzimmer beides möbliert.
Die Kaution von 150€ ist nur zur Sicherheit falls etwas beschädigt wird und bekommst du danach sofort zurück.
Hey guys, as I have to go to Hannover for a month, I am renting my two rooms during this time.
The two rooms together are the size of 22square meter, one livingroom and one bedroom both furnished.
The 150€ deposit are just in case something gets demaged, and I will transfere them back to you after.
Unsere DreierWG liegt in einem schönen Altbau in der Südstadt von Göttingen.
Die Bushaltestelle "Lotzestraße" ist direkt vor der Haustür. Die Innenstadt ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Die Eiswiese und ein Bäcker sind direkt um die Ecke.
Meine beiden Mitbewohner sind beide gerade mit ihren Doktorarbeiten beschäftigt und von daher gerade etwas seltener zu sehen, sie sind aber beide sehr nett und für ein Bierchen abends zu haben :-)
Schreib mir einfach bei Whatsapp, Telegram etc. wenn du Interesse hast, auch wenn die Daten nicht genau passen, dann gucken wir.
