Das Zimmer ist 25m2 groß und durch die drei Fenster sehr hell. Dass angebotene Zimmer wird möbliert vermiete. Bad und Küche sind ebenfalls hell und geräumig. Das dritte Zimmer nutzen wir im Moment als Wohnzimmer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Theaterstraße ( Innenstadt, ggü. Nautibar) . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Busanbindung in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Uni benötigt man ca. 10 min zu Fuß. Das Theater und der Wall sind in 2 min zu erreichen. Die Fenster sind relativ gut isoliert, jedoch hört man schon gelegentlich Stimmen von unten aus der Nautibar.
Aktuell wohnen Stefan(29, Jura) und ich Irmel(23,Agrar) in der Wohnung. Da ich im August für ein Semester ins Ausland gehe wird mein Zimmer für 6 Monate frei. Abends trinken wir gerne mal ein oder 2 Wein oder es wird gekocht. Ein Sinn für Ordnung und Sauberkeit sollte selbstverständlich sein.
Fahrräder können im Hinterhof abgestellt werden. Anfragen gerne per Whatsapp : (siehe unten)
