Für dich bereit stehen zwei helle Zimmer in unserer schönen WG (: Das vordere Zimmer, von deinen Vormietern meist als Wohnzimmer genutzt. Das hintere Zimmer ist kleiner und hat eine gemütliche Dachschräge. Ein Schrank, Bett und Kommode sowie weitere kleinere Möbelstücke passen aber locker rein. Zusätzlich geht vom kleineren Zimmer dein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und Waschbecken ab, nur die Toilette musst du dir mit uns teilen.
Unsere Wohnung gestaltet sich generell sehr großzügig. Wir haben einen großen Flur mit genug Stauraum für Schuhe, Jacken und so weiter. In der Küche ist ebenfalls genug Platz um auch mit mehreren Leuten zu kochen. Außerdem gehören zur Wohnung ein toller Balkon, ein Dachboden und ein Keller. Platz um dein Fahrrad abzustellen ist unter einem Carport auch und ein Auto könntest über Bewohnerparken in der Nebenstraße unterbreingen
There are two rooms available just for you. (: One room is bigger than the other one and was mostly used as a living room by its previous owners. The smaller one is in the back but is still big enough to fit a bed, closet and a Sideboard or other smaller furniture. Also there’s a private bathroom next to the smaller room with a shower and sink, so you would only have to share the toilet with the rest of us.
Our apartment is rather big. We have a beautiful balcony and the kitchen is also roomy enough for all of us to fit in. Also there are an attic and a basement that belong to the apartment, so enough room to store things. Your bike can be parked under a carport in the backyard and in case you have a car it can be parked in the street next to our house if you apply for a park ID card.
Die Wohnung befindet sich um die Ecke vom Hemingway, d.h. direkt gegenüber vom Zentralcampus. Wir sind zwar an der größeren Straße gelegen, aber durch die Fenster kann man nachts trotzdem ruhig schlafen. Gleich um die Ecke ist außerdem ein Netto. Rewe, Edeka und Aldi sind ebenfalls fußläufig innerhalb von 3 min zu erreichen.
The apartment is around the corner of the Hemingway, which means we’re across the road from the central campus. Rewe, Edeka, Netto, Aldi are all in walking distance. Takes about 3 min.
Annalena und ich würden uns über neuen Zuwachs in unserer WG freuen, da unser jetzige Mitbewohnerin Sarah leider ihr Studium abschließt und anfängt zu arbeiten. Wir gehen gerne zusammen laufen, kochen ab und zu zusammen oder Grillen mit einem gemütlichen Bierchen bei gutem Wetter und wünschen uns natürlich, dass du auch Freude daran hast mal etwas zusammen zu unternehmen.
Da wir alle zwei Zimmer haben, kann man sich wenn man mal Lust dazu hat aber auch aus dem Weg gehen und einfach mal die Tür zu machen, wenn einem mal danach ist.
We’re looking for a new roommate since Sarah our former roommate is finishing her degree and starts her work life on October. We like to jog together, cook sometimes or grill on the balcony with a cold beer. We would love if you’d enjoy hanging out occasionally, too. But since we all have two rooms there’s enough room to be to yourself and shut the door in case you feel like it, also totally ok.
