Hallo,
wir suchen für unsere 3-4er WG in der Innenstadt eineN neueN Mitbewohner*in. Die Zimmer sind ca. 14 und 16 qm2 groß, sonnig und ruhig (nichtdirekt mitenander verbunden). Das kleine Zimmer hat ein weiteres begehbares Minizimmer für Kleidung, etc. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer, eins mit Badewanne / Dusche. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgerüstet, Waschmaschine gibt es im Keller.
Gern Berufstätige, keine Party-WG, keine besorgten Bürger. Wer unter 25 ist: bitte nicht bewerben. Wir antworten dann leider nicht.
Können Besichtigungstermin immer gern nach 16.30h anbieten. Wäre super, wenn die oder der neue Mitbewohner*in Hauptmieter würde.

We're searching for a flatmate for our 3-4 WG in the Innenstadt. The rooms are ca. 14 and 16 m2, sunny and quiet. The smaller room has a walk-in wardrobe. There are 2 bathrooms in the flat, one is next to the smaller room and is basically a private bathroom for the one living in the room. The bigger bathroom has a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. We have a washing machine and a storage room in the cellar.
Workers prefered, no party flat. If you are under 25: please don't write us. We won't answer in this case.
It's possible to make up a date every day after 4.30 pm.
Would be great if the new flatmate became main rentant.
