Das Zimmer ist 20.6 m2 gross und ist durch die beiden Fenster und die eingebauten Deckenlampen sehr hell. Des weiteren macht es aufgrund der hohen Decke, des Dielenbodens und den klassisch verzierten Fenstern einen sehr klassischen Eindruck. Da es in zwei Räume unterteilt ist, bietet es zwei verschiedene Umwelte, von denen eine zum Schlafen und Entspannen und die andere eher als Büro genutzt werden kann.
Das Zimmer wurde kürzlich renoviert und würde komplett möbliert sein (Bett, Sofa, Fernseher, Schreibtisch, zwei Kleiderschränke, Regal, Schrank mit Schubladen, Nachttisch)
Ich werde für ein Erasmus Jahr weggehen und ca Anfang Oktober 2020 wiederkommen, aber dann werde ich ein anderes Zimmer innerhalb der Wohnung übernehmen, deswegen besteht die Möglichkeit in meinem Zimmer auch unbefristet zu bleiben :)!
The room is 20.6 m2 large and is very bright through the two windows and the built-in ceiling lamps. Furthermore, it makes a very classic impression due to the high ceiling, the wooden floor and the classic decorated windows. As it is divided into two rooms, it offers two different environments, one of which can be used for sleeping and relaxing and the other maybe more like an office.
The room has been recently renovated and would be handed over fully furnished (bed, sofa, TV, desk, two wardrobes, shelf, cabinet with drawers, bedside table).
I will go away for an Erasmus year and return around the beginning of October 2020, but then I will move into another room within the apartment, so there is the possibility to stay indefinitely in my room :)!

Die WG liegt im Ostviertel und ist 400m von dem Deutschen Theater entfernt.
Die Innenstadt kann binnen weniger Minuten zu Fuss erreicht werden. Aus diesem Grund kann man den Wocheneinkauf und sonstige Besorgungen schnell erledigen. Wegen der zentralen Lage ist es ausserdem kein Problem auch später in der Nacht alleine den Heimweg anzutreten.
Vor unserer Wohnung befindet sich eine Bank (Sparkasse), auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt (Edeka).
Die nächste Haltestellen wurden auch in wenigen Minuten erreicht: 4 Minuten zur Linie 50, 5 Minuten zur Linie 80 und 8 Minuten zur Linie 42.
The flat is located in the east district and is 400m away from the german theater.
The city center can be reached within a few minutes by foot. For this reason, you can do the weekly shopping and other errands quickly. Because of the central location, there is also no problem walking home alone late at night.
In front of our apartment there's a bank (Sparkasse) and only 5 Minutes by foot there is a small supermarket (Edeka).
The nearest bus stops can also be reached in a few minutes: 4 minutes to line 50, 5 minutes to line 80 and 8 minutes to line 42.
