Hello! Willkommen. Das Zimmer wird zum 1. Oktober frei.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Erdgeschoss. Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten (keine komische Ecke) und hat ein Fenster direkt zum Garten.
Die Möbel im Zimmer könnten bleiben. Über den Preis lässt sich reden. Es kann auch komplett ummobliert sein, wenn gewünscht.
Die Wohnung selbst verfügt über eine gemütliche Küche, ein riesiges Wohnzimmer! Selten in Göttingen zu sehen! und ein Bad mit einer Badewanne. Alle die andere Möbel inm Wohnzimmer, der Küche bleiben. Das Haus hat auch Zugang zu einer Waschmaschine / Trockner. Wir haben einen größer Keller in dem alles passt!

The apartment is located on the first-floor residential building next to "Sausalitos,", Monroes and Dejavu! 5 minutes away (walking) from the Gaenseliesel, as well as close to many bars and restaurants and grocery stores like REWE and Kaufland. The Blue tower is 10 minutes away (bike), or you can also find different buses lines (e.g., 31, 32, 41, etc.) at the Gronerstr.
Über mich:
Ich bin der Daniel! Ich bin fertig mit meinem Studium und arbeite in Hann. Münden in der Saatgut Produktion.
Ich bin häufig unterwegs mit Freunden jetzt. In der letzte Zeit viel draußen beim Fahrrad oder longboard fahren, ping-pong. Ich schwimme gerne, wandere, reise, und trinke gerne Bier mit Kumpels. Ich höre gerne Musik.
Zuhause können wir Spanisch (meine Muttersprache), Deutsch oder Englisch reden. Wenn du Spaß am Kochen hast können wir auch gerne hin und wieder zusammen kochen. Das Leben in der WG ist entspannt und man kann mir alles ansprechen.
About me: I am Daniel!, I'm finished already with my masters in Sustainable Agriculture and work in the seed production at the moment which is really cool. I like being with friends. Lately I- am frequently outdors biking, or playing pingpong or some other sport, or just grabbing a beer with a friend. I like swimming, hiking, traveling.
At home we can speak Spanish (mother tongue), German or English. If you have cooking-skills it would be cool! we could cook some time. Life in the WG is very relaxed, based on mutual agreements and respect
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sogar ein Bügeleisen, das ich nie nutze! Wir haben einen großen Keller und unserer Innenhof ist cool, mann kan einfach sitzen und chillen. Es hat auch ein Gartchen, und haben wir Blümchen eingepflanzt. Die Nachbarn sind nett.
Das Einzugsdatum ist vereinbar. Die Warmmiete enthält Strom und WLAN kosten.
Wenn du Interesse hättest, melde dich einfach, erzähl mal etwas über dich und wir können einen Termin vereinbaren, wenn es passt.
