Since I am leaving the city for the summer break, I am offering my small but cozy room with a wonderful view of the st. Jacobi church, for about 2 months.
The room is north-faced. So it is best for summer time as it is always cool even the hot days.
The room has a desk, two chairs, a wardrobe, shoe shelf, and four plant pots;)
We have a big balcony with a view of st. Johannes church and st. Jacobi church. It is amazing to sit on the balcony and see the sunsets. We also have a great view of the bathroom and the bathtub is huge.

- 1 minute walk to Gänseliesel & Wilhelmsplatz
- 5 minutes walk to Kaufland, Rewe, Tegut & lots of bars and shops nearby
- 30 seconds to the nearest bus stop
- 5 mins by bike to the main campus of Uni
My flatmates are friendly and easy-going.
Melissa is a master's student in anthropology. She has been taking care of our rents and all kinds of flat managements. She is quiet but chill and easy to talk to.
Paulina, the other flatmate, will be living from the beginning of September. She is a friend of Melissa. I have only talked with her once or twice but she is very friendly as well.
