Linkes Hausprojekt sucht Mitbewohner*innen

Hello in der Stadtvilla! Ja, etwas schräg, wir haben ein schönes altes Haus und einen ziemlich großen Garten. Der bietet ausreichend Platz für ausgiebiges Sonnenbaden, grillen, Feuertonne und Beisammensein. Die gemütliche Küche lädt ein, kulinarische Höhepunkte zu erreichen und das Wohnzimmer bietet Platz, an kalten Tagen Filmabende zu organisieren oder Brettspiele zu spielen. Im Keller gibt es eine Werkstatt, einen Sportraum und eine Garage. Auf dem Dachboden herrscht zwar Chaos, dafür aber auch die Möglichkeit ausreichend sperrigen Kram zu lagern. Kurzum: wir haben Platz und Raum für alles mögliche und coole Ideen.

Wir sind ein selbstverwaltetes linkes Wohnprojekt. Vorletztes Jahr haben außerdem Leute dazu entschieden sich zu vermehren, so leben nun Nuri und Tavi mit uns. Wir sind also insgesamt 10 + 2 Kiddos, was natürlich sehr schön ist, aber auch herausfordernd sein kann, den Alltag mit so vielen Menschen zu teilen.
Das Haus gehört seit nun mehr 5 Jahren uns, was explizit nicht bedeutet mehr Geld als die eigentliche Miete & unser Essenbudget hinzulegen. Das heißt aber auch, dass wir uns um Renovierungen und den Kram vor Ort selbst kümmern. Wenn du zufällig schon Handwerks- oder Orga-Skills mitbringst für Arbeiten im und am Haus, ist das top, ansonsten versuchen wir gegenseitig von unseren Skills zu profitieren. Hauptsache, du hast Bock, dich im Rahmen deiner Stärken einzubringen.

Wir zahlen alle relativ wenig Miete, formulieren dafür aber die Erwartungshaltung Aufgaben und Arbeiten, die im Haus und Garten anfallen (Putzen, Finanz-Verwaltung, kleine Hausmeisterdienste, manchmal größere Aktionen wie letztlich eine Badrenovierungund ein Küchenumbau), selbst gebacken zu bekommen. Dazu haben wir ein zweiwöchentliches Plenum, wo alles mögliche zwischen Hausverwaltung und üblichen WG-Kram besprochen und bspw. jene Aufgaben möglichst gerecht untereinander aufgeteilt werden.

Wir haben ein 14 qm großes Zimmer zu vergeben, voraussichtlich ab Mitte März. Die Miete beträgt ca. 180€. Hinzu kommen 126€ für den gemeinsamen WG-Einkauf, welcher alle Lebensmittel-Basics (Brot, Müsli, Obst, Reis, Gemüse, Nudeln, Kaffee, usw.) und Putz- und Badkram umfasst. Kurzum: Fancy Lebensmittel müssen selbst bezahlt und eingekauft werden, an sich ist durch unser Budget jedoch immer reichlich gefüllt. Ebenfalls werden von diesen 126€ unser Milch-Abo, ein Gemüseanteil bei der Solidarischen Landwirtschaft, GEZ und diverse Zeitungsabos finanziert.

Hello in the city villa! Yes, a bit weird, we have a beautiful old house and a fairly large garden. It offers plenty of space for sunbathing, barbecues, fire pits and get-togethers. The cosy kitchen invites you to reach culinary heights and the living room offers space to organize movie nights or play board games on cold days. In the basement there is a workshop, a sports room and a garage. The attic is a mess, but there's plenty of space to store bulky items. In short: we have space and room for all sorts of cool ideas.

We are a self-managed left-wing housing project. The year before last, people also decided to multiply, so now Nuri and Tavi are living with us. We are a total of 10 + 2 kiddos, which is of course very nice, but can also be challenging to share everyday life with so many people.
The house has been ours for more than 5 years now, which explicitly means for us to not spend more money than the actual rent & our food budget. But it also means that we take care of renovations and stuff on site ourselves. If you happen to already have craft or organization skills for work in and around the house, that's great, otherwise we try to benefit from each other's skills. All we ask is that you want to contribute to the extent of your strengths.
We all pay relatively little rent, but in return we formulate the expectation that tasks and work that arise in the house and garden (cleaning, financial management, small janitor services, sometimes larger projects such as a bathroom renovation and kitchen remodeling) should be done by ourselves. We have a plenary meeting every two weeks where we discuss everything between house management and the usual shared flat stuff and, for example, divide up those tasks as fairly as possible.

We have a 14 qm room to let, probably from mid-March. The rent is approx. 180€. In addition, there is €126 for the shared flat-share shopping, which includes all the food basics (bread, muesli, fruit, rice, vegetables, pasta, coffee, etc.) and cleaning and bathroom stuff. In short: we have to pay for and buy fancy groceries ourselves, but our budget is always amply filled. Our milk subscription, a vegetable share at Solidarische Landwirtschaft, GEZ and various newspaper subscriptions are also financed from this 126€.
