Hi there,
My name is Julie, next March I am leaving my room in a flat I share with 2 of my friends. The flat is situated in the city center of Göttingen, only 1 min away from groceries store and transport stop. 15 min biking to the Northern campus and 4 min to the central Campus.
My flatmates are 2 very gentle and friendly men, Rodrigo (24). and Jorge (29), both studying Sustainable Forest and Nature Management and Georg-August University.
The flat has 5 rooms, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 common area with dinning room and kitchen. The room is quite small but very cosy. It will be possible for me to leave some of my furnitures (the desk, the bed and the chair) and to discuss a possible contribution for it.
I will also leave my bike and it will be possible for you to buy it if you are interested :)
The rent is 320euro/month + the utility cost that are share between the 3 tenants.
