Wir leben in einem Stuckhaus, Altbau, mit 6 Mietparteien. Viele der Bewohner*innen sind berufstätig oder studieren. Wir haben sowohl Paare als auch WGs in diesem Haus. Das Miteinander ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und manchmal entstehen kleine oder auch größere Gespräche. Insgesamt ist das Leben hier eher ruhig. Es werden , ganz besonders in Zeiten von Corona, eher wenig Parties gefeiert.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Wall und neben dem Rosengarten und Cheltenham Park. So hast du, auch durch die Lage im 3. Stock, aus jedem Zimmer einen Ausblick ins Grüne oder auf die umgebenen Bäume. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke und in der Innenstadt bist du durch die direkte Lage in 3 Minuten. Einkaufsladen in direktester Nähe ist Kaufland und ein Dönerladen gegenüber. Alnatura und alle anderen Läden sind in 5 Minuten zu ereichen.


We live in a stucco house, old building, with 6 tenants. Many of the residents are working or studying. We have both couples and shared flats in this house. The interaction is friendly, helpful and sometimes small or even larger conversations arise. Overall, life here is rather quiet. There are, especially in times of Corona, rather few parties celebrated.
The apartment is located directly on the Wall and next to the Rose Garden and Cheltenham Park. So you may enjoy, also by the location on the 3rd floor, a view into the green or on the surrounding trees from every room. The nearest bus stop is just around the corner and the city center is 3 minutes away. Shopping in the immediate vicinity is Kaufland and a kebab store across the street.Alnatura and all other stores can be reached in 5-10 minutes.

Ich lebe hier zur Zeit alleine.Ich bin Lan, habe Ethnologie und Geographie studiert und bin zur Zeit auf Arbeitssuche in Göttingen und außerhalb. Ich bin kurz davor nochmal eine Ausbildung zur Tischlerin zu machen, die dann einen 40 Stunden Konext hätte. Ich tanze, singe und lache gerne und mache verschiedene Arten von Sport. Gern auch mal gemeinsam im Wohnzimmer. Ich bin empathisch und sensibel und bin tendenziell von quirliger Natur.
Ab einer bestimmten Zeit brauche meine Ruhe. Dann meditiere ich oder lese, höre ruhige Musik.
In dem Zusammenleben mit meinem vorherigen Mitbewohner Guilherme redeten wir viel miteinander, oftmals anregende Gespräche. Ich bin sehr offen für unterschiedliche Lebenskonzepte, Menschen aus unterschiedlichen Ländern und Sexualitäten und gendern. Rassismus ist hier auch öfter Thema, für mich ein wichtiges Thema undich schätzte internationale Kontexte. Es ist wichtig, dass man sich hier zu Hause fühlen kann, das bedeutet auch, dass Bedürfnisse nach Ruhe und Rückzug formuliert werden können, Gesprächen oder Miteinander sein können. In der Corona Zeit habe ich Lust gemeinsam zu essen, Sport zu machen, kreativ zu sein oder auch einfach nur gemeinssm Filme auf dem Beamer zu gucken. Ich trinke gerne mal einen Wein oder teile draußen eine gemeinsame Raucherfahrung. Ich mag es die meisten Lebensmittel zu teilen, das kann aber auch verhandelt werden. Ich koche meistens vegan oder vegetarisch, bin aber auch mal hier und da offen für Fisch. Grundsätzlich ist Übersichtlichkeit und Sauberkeit mir wichtig, je nach Auslastung im Alltag können Putzaktionen aber auch verschoben werden. Ich habe eine Leidenschaft für Pflanzen und deshalb auch einige in der Wohnung, die alles schön grün machen.

Es gibt keine ganz festen Regeln hier, wenn du kommst, können wir gerne nochmal sehen wie wir alles gestalten.

I live here alone at the moment.I am Lan, have studied ethnology and geography and am currently looking for work in Göttingen and outside. I am about to do another apprenticeship as a carpenter, which would have a 40 hour conext. I like to dance, sing and laugh and do different kinds of sports. Gladly also times together in the living room. I am empathetic and sensitive and tend to be of a lively nature.
After a certain time I need my rest. Then I meditate or read, listen to quiet music.
In living with my previous roommate Guilherme we talked a lot, often stimulating conversations. I am very open to different concepts of life, people from different countries and sexualities and gender. Racism is also a frequent topic here, an important issue for me, and I appreciated international contexts. It is important to be able to feel at home here, which also means that needs for quiet and retreat can be formulated, conversations or togetherness can be. In the Corona time I feel like eating together, doing sports, being creative or just watching movies together on the beamer. I like to have a drink of wine or share a smoking experience together outside. I like to share most foods, but that can be negotiated. I cook mostly vegan or vegetarian, but am open to fish here or there. Basically, clarity and cleanliness is important to me, but depending on the workload in everyday life, cleaning actions can be postponed. I have a passion for plants and therefore also some in the apartment, which make everything nice and green.

Es wäre schön, wenn die Person, die hier einzieht, ein geregeltes Einkommen (1200 €) hat, und die Hauptmiete übernehmen könnte. Es ist aber auch kein Muss. Durch die Vertragsstruktur mit der freundlichen und gut erreichbaren Vermieterin kann hier immer nur eine Person die Hauptmiete übernehmen, die anderen sind also Untermieter*innen. Gegenseitiges Vertrauen, was die Mietzahlungen angeht, ist hier also Voraussetzung. Bis jetzt haben wir die Miete immer überwiesen und haben das auch für die Zukunft vor :-)

It would be nice if the person who moves in here has a regular income (1200 €) and could take over the main rent. It is not a must, though. Due to the contract structure with the friendly and easily accessible landlady, only one person can take over the main rent at a time, so the others are subtenants. Mutual trust regarding the rent payments is therefore a prerequisite here. Until now, we have always transferred the rent and want to do so in the future :-)
