Das Zimmer ist gemütlich, hat hohe Decken und einen charmanten Dielenboden. Möbel sind vorhanden. Es stehen Dir Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Schrank, ein Regal und ein breites Bett zur Verfügung. Neben diesem Zimmer gibt es noch ein helles Wohnzimmer mit zwei Sofas, großem Ess-/ Arbeitstisch & einem verstimmten Klavier; zwei Badezimmer und eine gutausgestattete Küche. Nicht zu vergessen ist natürlich der große Balkon. Hier gibt es ein Balkonsofa und Sonne von morgens bis abends.
The room is cozy, has high ceilings and a charming wooden floor. Furniture is available. There´s a desk with chair, a wardrobe, a shelf and a wide bed at your disposal. Next to this room there is a bright living room with two sofas, a large dining/working table & an untuned piano; two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Not to be forgotten is of course the large balcony. It has an balcony sofa and sun all day long.
Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein. Die verschiedensten Supermärkte (Edeka, REWE, Biomarkt, Netto, Aldi, Lidl) sowie der Zentralcampus sind fußläufig in max. 5 Minuten zu erreichen und ein Kiosk ist direkt an der nächsten Ecke. Gänseliesl, Leine und Bahnhof sind alle lediglich einen guten Kilometer entfernt. Zu Fuß und vor allem mit dem Fahrrad ist man also sehr schnell an den zentralen Orten der Stadt, soll es aber mal etwas weiter gehen, fahren direkt gegenüber auch Busse.
The location couldn’t be better. Different supermarkets (Edeka, REWE, Biomarkt, Netto, Aldi, Lidl) as well as the central campus are within walking distance in max. 5 minutes and a kiosk is just around the corner. Gänseliesl, Leine and Train Station are all just a good kilometer away. Walking and especially by bicycle you´re reaching the central places of the city real quick, but if you want to go a little further, there´s also a busstop directly opposite the house.
Das WG-Klima ist sehr angenehm. Wir essen häufig zusammen, schauen Serien, machen mal einen Spieleabend, trinken auf dem Balkon zusammen Kaffee oder machen zusammen Sport (von Laufen über Bouldern bis zu gemeinsamen Yoga-Sessions und Krafttraining). Anne hat auch angefangen zum Kick-Box Training zu gehen. Mit dem Wohnzimmer, der Küche und dem Balkon gibt es viel gemeinsam genutzte Fläche, so dass man auch einfach ungezwungen zusammen sitzen und Musik hören kann (Adi hat einen exquisiten Musikgeschmack & kann gute Filmempfehlungen geben). Anne, Adrian & Ali sind lustig und verständnisvoll und Ali ist die Entspanntheit in Person. Alles kann, nichts muss (außer natürlich ab und zu mal ein bisschen putzen). Du wirst Dich hier mit Sicherheit wohlfühlen. Wir wünschen uns weiter eine offene Gesprächskultur und einen solidarischen Umgang. Wir teilen uns das Essen und kaufen gemeinsam ein und es gibt einen halben Solawi-Anteil.
Wir haben keine Lust auf, Rechte, Corona-Leugner*innen und Verschwörungsideologien.
The atmosphere is very pleasant. We often eat together, watch TV shows, have a game night, drink coffee on the balcony or do sports (bouldering, running, yoga or strenght/conditioning) together. Anne startet to do kick-boxing. With the living room, the kitchen and the balcony, there is a lot of common space, so you can sit together and listen to music for example (Adi has an exquiste music taste and can recommend you the best movies). Anne, Adrian & Ali are funny and understanding and Ali is the most relaxed person ever. Your free to participate as much as you like to, only participating in cleaning is obligatory from time to time :D. You will certainly feel comfortable here. We would like to continue to have an open culture of conversation and solidarity. We share the food and buy together and there is a half Solawi share.
We're not looking for right-winged, covid-denying people nor conspiracy theorists.
Im Haus wohnen ansonsten noch zwei weitere Studierenden-WGs, die auch super nett sind und vor der Tür gibt es einen Gartentisch mit Stühlen, an dem man zusammensitzen kann. Für Fahrräder ist vor dem Haus oder im Keller Platz. Einen Autoparkplatz, der explizit zum Haus gehört gibt es nicht, aber es findet sich immer ein Parkplatz;)

Two more student-WGs, which are also super nice, are living in the house and in front of the door there is a garden table with chairs where you can sit together. There´s space for bicycles in front of the house or in the cellar. There is no car park, which belongs explicitly to the house, but there is always a parking space;)
