The room has 15 square meters, a beautiful wooden floor and two windows that provide plenty of light. The windows are well insulated, so you can hardly hear anything from the street. Our kitchen is small but nice. It is well equipped, and you can cook perfectly fine with several people. The bathroom has a large window to the inner courtyard and is equipped with a washing machine as well. There is a small table with barstools in the hallway where we sometimes like to sit together. The apartment is located on the second floor in an apartment building, in where almost only other students live. Bicycles can be parked under a roof in the inner courtyard.
The location couldn't be better. You can reach the train station, Z-Campus and “Dönermeile” each in under 5 minutes and the nearest supermarket is very close by. Also there are many cafes, bars and restaurants around the corner.
You would live with Stina (20) and Ana (27). Stina comes from Göttingen, is currently preparing for her degree in media design and is working on the side. Ana comes from Costa Rica and is doing her Masters in Sustainable International Agriculture. She is still learning German, so we are communicating in English, German and Spanish. We have been living here together for six months and the atmosphere in our apartment has always been very friendly. From time to time we like to come together to chat a bit, to cook something or to get falafel from L´Olivier. Some time ago we introduced a cleaning schedule, which works very well (but can be changed again if necessary).
Feel free to text to me if you are interested in the room or want to know anything. The move-in date would be July 1st. There would be a one-off discount for the washing machine, refrigerator and some household items (they are relatively new). My mobile phone: ----/-------
