Das Zimmer ist länglich geschnitten, hell und verfügt über ein großes Fenster. Die Wohnung ist im 2.OG und wurde kürzlich renoviert. In den angegebenen Nebenkosten sind WLAN Strom und Heizung bereits eingerechnet. Unsere Wohnung verfügt über eine eigene Spül- und Waschmaschine. Bei Einzug haben wir eine neue Küche eingebaut, deswegen müsste noch ein kleiner Abschlag mit der Vormieterin verhandelt werden.
Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt am Göttinger Wall und alles (Uni, Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) ist in kurzer Zeit gut zu erreichen.
Wir sind drei Studierende und wohnen hier seit ca. 2 Jahren. Wir suchen jemand entspanntes und offenes für unsere WG. Bei Interesse einfach gerne rum kommen und wir schauen, ob es passt.
