Da mein Mitbewohner und ich zum 01. Oktober ausziehen, werden in unserer WG zwei Zimmer frei. Das größere Zimmer ist 24 qm (350 warm inkl. Strom, GEZ und Internet) und das kleinere 17 qm (306 warm inkl. Strom, GEZ und Internet ). Du teilst dir mit 3 Mitbewohnern eine ca. 136 qm große Souterrainwohnung, in welcher es an Platz nicht mangelt. Wir haben eine kleine Küche, die top ausgestattet ist und ein kleines, aber feines Bad. Ansonsten lässt die Wohnung keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben 2 Kühlschränke, Wasch- und Spülmaschine und einen riesigen Flur, welcher auch gerne mal zu einer „Beerpongarena“ umfunktioniert werden kann. Also alles was das Herz begehrt.
Since my flatmate and I are moving out, our two individual rooms are available beginning October first. The larger of the two is 24 square meters (350 including electricity, GEZ, and Internet) and the smaller one is 17 square meters ( 306 including, electricity, GEZ, and internet). You will share the roughly 136 square meter apartment with 3 other flatmates. We have a small but well equipped kitchen, and a small but nice bathroom. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. We have 2 refrigerators, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a huge entryway that can be converted into a “beer pong area”!
Lage
Die Lage könnte nicht perfekter sein. Unsere Wohnung liegt in einem Bürogebäude in einem ruhigen Eck der Innenstadt. Das Haus liegt direkt am Wall unterhalb des Deutschen Theaters, sodass man schnell im Grünen ist. Sowohl Bushaltestellen als auch etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants, Bars/Clubs etc. sind fußläufig ziemlich schnell zu erreichen! Mit dem Rad ist man in 3-5min am Zentralcampus und in ca. 15 min am Nordcampus.
Our apartment couldn't be in a better place! Our apartment, is in an office building in a quiet corner of the city center. We are right next to the wall below the Deutsches Theater and it is very easy to get out into nature. Bus stops as well as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bars/clubs, etc. are all within walking distance. The main campus is only 3-5 minutes away by bike and you can get to the north campus in around 15 minutes.
WG-Leben
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohner sind Cheyenne (24, Studentin) und Lucas (27, Doktorand). Beide sind super entspannt und aufgeschlossen, und sind eigentlich immer für jegliche Unternehmung zu begeistern! Da Lucas Vollzeit arbeitet und unter der Woche sehr früh aufstehen muss, sind wir keine Party-WG, dennoch sind gemütliche Abende bei einem Bierchen oder Glas Wein gerne gesehen. Jedoch sind wir nicht abgeneigt mal die eine oder andere WG- Party am Wochenende zu feiern. Zusätzlich bietet sich unser Wohnzimmer für nette Spiele- und Fernseh- oder auch für Kochabende geradezu an. Wir führen ein entspanntes WG-Leben und verstehen uns super miteinander. Trotzdem hat natürlich jeder seine Privatsphäre und kann jederzeit seinen eigenen Dingen nachgehen und seine Ruhe haben. Wir haben einen Putzplan und freuen uns über tatkräftige Unterstützung deinerseits ;)
Your future flatmates are Cheyenne (24, Bachelor’s student) and Lucas (27, PhD student). Both are relaxed and friendly people and are always up for doing something! Since Lucas works full time and has to get up very early in the morning, we are not really Party-WG. That being said, we will often kick back and enjoy a beer or a glass of wine together in the living room. We are not however, adverse to throwing parties on the weekend. Our living room is also the perfect place for meals together, game nights, and movie nights. Our apartment is very relaxed and we work well together. Everyone has their privacy of course and can do their own thing at any time. We have a cleaning plan and look forward to your active participation!
Sonstiges
Vor dem Haus gibt es die Möglichkeit die Fahrräder abzustellen. Wir haben jedoch auch einen riesigen Flur, indem es kein Problem ist z.B. ein etwas teures Rad unterzubringen!
Falls dein Interesse geweckt wurde, kannst du dich gerne hier melden, gerne mit einer kurzen Beschreibung deiner selbst. Wir werden uns dann schnellsmöglich bei dir melden :) Wir würden uns freuen, falls du auch Lust auf ein richtig freundschaftliches WG-Zusammenleben hast und nicht nur ein Dach über‘m Kopf zum Schlafen suchst. Dass sich jeder wohl fühlt, ist uns ein großes Anliegen.
Outside we have a place to park you bike and in case you have an expensive one, you can also bring it inside to our huge entryway! If you are interested please contact us and give us a short description of yourself. We will respond ASAP :) We’d love to meet you if you are looking for a friendly WG experience and not simply a roof over your head. It is very important to us that everyone feels comfortable.
