Da ich mein Studium in Göttingen beendet habe, werde ich im Sommer Göttingen verlassen. Daher suchen meine beiden Mitbewohnis Finn und Franzi nach einer netten Person um neu einzuziehen.
Das angebotene WG-Zimmer ist 12qm groß und liegt neben der Küche. Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten und bietet genug Platz um alle wichtigen Dinge unterzubringen. Im gesamten Fußboden ist ein Holzfußboden verlegt. Das Bett ist auf einem entresol wodurch man unter dem Bett auch noch etwas Platz hat.
Im Sommer bleibt es auch bei sehr hohen Temperaturen in der ganzen Wohnung angenehm kühl, weil es sich um einen Altbau handelt.
Neben dem Zimmer steht auch eine Küche, ein Badezimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer, der Keller mit eigener Waschmaschine und der Garten hinter dem Haus zur Verfügung.
Die meisten Möbel auf den Bildern bleiben in dem Zimmer.
As I have finished my studies in Göttingen, I will be leaving Göttingen in the summer. Therefore, my two flatmates Finn and Franzi are looking for a nice person to move in with.
The room on offer is 12 square metres in size and is next to the kitchen. The room is square and offers enough space to store all important things. There is a wooden floor throughout. The bed is on an entresol so that there is still some space under the bed.
In summer it stays pleasantly cool in the whole flat, even at very high temperatures, because it is an old building.
In addition to the room, there is also a kitchen, a bathroom, a large living room, the cellar with its own washing machine and the garden behind the house.
Most of the furniture in the pictures will remain in the room.
Das Haus liegt zwischen der Innenstadt und dem Stadtteil Weende in der Nordstadt. Für Studenten könnte die Lage also nicht besser sein, weil man den Zentralcampus in 5 Minuten zu Fuß oder in ca. 3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichen kann. Innenstadt und Bahnhof sind zu Fuß in knapp 15 Minuten oder mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Direkt hinter dem Haus befindet sich der
Gallus-Park, wo man vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, Bäcker) hat und auch in der anderen Richtung befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung weitere Supermärkte.
Die Bushaltestellen Kreuzbergring und Liebrechtstraße liegen beide nur 2 Minuten entfernt, sodass man bei Bedarf auch größere Strecken mit dem Bus zurücklegen kann.
The house is located between the city center and the district Weende in the Nordstadt. So for students the location could not be better, because you can reach the central campus in 5 minutes by foot or in about 3 minutes by bike. Downtown and the train station can be reached in just under 15 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by bike.
Directly behind the building is the
Gallus-Park, where you have various shopping possibilities (Edeka, Aldi, bakery) and also in the other direction there are more supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.
The bus stops Kreuzbergring and Liebrechtstraße are both only 2 minutes away, so you can also cover longer distances by bus if necessary.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnis heißen Finn und Franzi.
Finn ist neu in der WG eingezogen und hat seit diesem Semester ein Medizin Studium angefangen.
Franzi studiert im Master Biodiversität und Ökologie und ist seit ca 2 Jahren bei uns.
Bisher waren wir keine Zweck-WG, sondern haben abends mal einen Film geguckt, Darts oder Wii gespielt oder etwas gekocht. Unser Wohnzimmer ist dabei besonders nice zum gemeinsam chillen und schnacken.
Natürlich hat jeder auch eigene Hobbys und wenn man z.B. in der Klausurenphase mal seine Ruhe braucht, ist das auch alles kein Problem.
Your future flatmates are Finn and Franzi.
Finn is new to the flat share and has started studying medicine this semester.
Franzi is studying for a Master's degree in Biodiversity and Ecology and has been with us for about 2 years.
So far we haven't been a functional flat share, but have watched a film in the evening, played darts or Wii or cooked something. Our living room is particularly nice for chilling out and chatting together.
Of course, everyone also has their own hobbies and if you need some peace and quiet during the exam phase, for example, that's no problem.
