Diese Wohnung im 1.OG hat 4 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer, und einen (größen) Flur. Die Küche ist mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Balkon, der nach Westen aufgerichtet ist, darauf man im Sommer die Abendsonne gut genießen kann.
Dieses Zimmer ist das größte der Wohnung mit 16m², mit Blick auf dem Innenhof vom Fenster. Trozt zentraler Lage in der Stadt ist es sehr ruhig, also man wird nicht gestört sogar wenn Menschen auf der Straße laut feiern. Das Fenster ist nach Süden aufgerichtet, damit das Zimmer den ganzen Tag gut beleuchtet ist.
Kaution beträgt 550 € und ich würde einige Möbel (Bettgestell, Kommode, Nachttisch) hinterlassen, wenn es gewünscht wird (bitte send mir eine Nachricht für die Preise, wenn du interessiert bist). Verfügbar ab 01.09.22.

This apartment on the first floor has 4 bedroorms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a (long) hallway. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is also a small balcony that faces west, so you can enjoy the evening Summer sun well there.
This room is the largest in the apartment at 16m², with a view of the inner courtyard from the window. Despite the central location in the city, it is very quiet, so you aren't disturbed when people are celebrating on the street. The window faces south, so the room is fairly well lit throughout the whole day.
Caution/Bond is €550 and I would leave some furniture (bedframe, chest of drawers, bedside table) if its wanted (message me for the prices if you're interested). Available from 01.09.22.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Innenstadt, nur 3 Gehminuten vom Gänseliesel entfernt. Viele Busse fahren über die Haltestellen Kornmarkt oder Markt, die beide nur wenige Minuten entfernt sind, so dass Sie ganz einfach auf die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zugreifen können. Durch die Nähe zum Zentrum der Stadt finden Sie im Grunde alles, was Sie brauchen, ganz in der Nähe. Auch in unserer Straße selbst gibt es viele Lebensmittel, darunter einen Döner-Laden, eine Pizzeria, einen Falafel-Laden und einen Späti.
Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung liegt der Nikolaikirchhof, wo man sich bei schönem Wetter mit ein paar Freunden oder Mitbewohnern gemütlich zusammensetzen und das Wetter genießen kann.
Der Zentralcampus ist ca. 15 Gehminuten von unserer WG entfernt, oder ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Bus. Der Nordcampus ist weiter entfernt und dauert etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Bus.

The apartment is located in the inner city, just a 3 minute walk fromt he Gänseliesel. Many buses go through the Kornmarkt or Markt stops, which are both only a few minutes away, so it's really easy to access transport. Being so close to the centre of the city you can find basically anything you would need very close by. There is also plenty of food on our street itself, including a Döner shop, Pizza shop, Falafel shop, and a late night convenience store.
Directly opposite the apartment lies the Nikolaikirchhof, where it's really nice to sit down with some friends or housemates and hang out and enjoy the weather when its nice.
The Zentralcampus is about a 15 minute walk away from our WG, or about 10 minutes away with the bus. The Nordcampus is further, taking about 20 minutes by bus.
Du würdest mit 3 anderen in der Wohnung leben: Franka, Isea und Mohammed. Sie sind alle zwischen 20 und 30 Jahre alt und studieren die unterschiedlichsten Dinge an der Uni. Wir alle genießen es, zusammen zu kochen und Brettspiele zu spielen oder zusammen in ein Restaurant zu gehen und etwas zu essen. Im Großen und Ganzen ist es ein ziemlich entspanntes WG-Leben und du würdest nebenbei ein paar ziemlich coole Freunde bekommen.
Es ist uns wichtig, die Gemeinschaftsräume der WG sauber und ordentlich zu halten, damit wir alle ein harmonisches WG-Leben miteinander führen können. Es gibt auch einige gemeinsame Zutaten zum Kochen, die wir teilen, also teilen wir auch die Kosten dafür.

You would live with 3 others in the apartment: Franka, Isea, and Mohammed. They are all between 20 and 30 years old, studying a variety of different things at Uni. We all enjoy cooking and playing board games together, or going out and getting some food at a restaurant out together. On the whole, it's a pretty chill WG-life and you get some pretty cool friends along the way.
Keeping the common areas of the WG tidy and clean is important to us, so that we can all keep a harmonious WG-life together. There are also some common ingredients for cooking which we share, so we also share the costs of them together.
