Das Zimmer ist 18 m² groß und hat ein schönes großes Fenster Richtung Nord-Westen, sodass man super den Sonnenuntergang sehen kann. Die Wohnung ist Teil des Studentenwohnheims, daher die schön günstige Miete aber daher musst du auch unbedingt Student:in der Georg-August-Universität sein!! Das Zimmer wird am 01. März frei, weil unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin Laura ihr Studium beendet und Göttingen leider verlässt. Aufgrund von Studentenwerk-Klauseln läuft die Wohnzeit der gesamten WG am 30.09.2023 aus und wir müssen alle ausziehen.

The room has 18 m² and a big window facing north-west so you can watch the sunset. The room is part of the student residence and therfore the price is comparatively low, only condition is you must be student at the Georg-August-University of Göttingen and have a valid certificate of enrollment. The room will be free from the 01 of March but due to renevations works we all must move out at the 30. of September 2023. The furniture in the pictures will be removed - the room will be empty.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentralen in Göttingen am Kreuzbergring, gegenüber vom Hemingway und direkt am Z-Campus (sodass man innerhalb von 1min an der Mensa ist ;) ). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖPNV sind fußläufig in unter 5 min zu erreichen und der Kiosk an der Ecke hat auch Sonntags und spät Abends noch auf. Im Haus wohnen nur Student:innen und es ist meiste sehr ruhig, ab und an gibt es WG-Partys wo auch öfters das ganze Haus eingeladen wird und vor der Tür gibt es einen kleinen „Garten“ mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die man kostenfrei benutzen kann und einen Fahrradraum. Nebenkosten und Kosten für Internet sind im angegebenen Preis bereits enthalten.

The apartment is very close to the city centre and directly on the central Campus of the University (so you can be in the mensa in one minute :) ). Shops and Busses are all within 5min. walking distance and there's a kiosk which is also open on sundays and late in the evening. The house is all students so relatively quiet with a WG-Party every now and again where sometimes the whole house is invited. There's a small garden where one can chill or have a BBQ. In the cellar you can find the washing machine and a dryer which we can use for free and also there is space to put you bicycle if you dan't wanna leave it outside.
Wir sind Brit Marie und Louise, sind beide sehr gesellig, unternehmen gerne was mit Freund:innen und kochen Abends oft gemeinsam oder mit Freundesgruppen. Louise wohnt seit März in der WG und schreibt momentan an ihrer Bachelorarbeit und genießt primär die letzten Monate in Göttingen. Sie zieht vermutlich Ende März/Anfang April aus, sodass bald eine weitere neue Person gesucht wird. Brit Marie ist erst im November eingezogen, frisch in Göttingen und daher sehr unternehmungsfreudig und nimmt alles mit,was geht.
Wir sind eine nette, ordentliche WG mit Putzplan, teilen uns Grundnahrungsmittel und freuen uns über eine weltoffene, freundliche und motivierte Person.

We are Brit Marie and Louise both very chilled and love to cook and/or hang out with friends. Louise has been living here since March and is currently writing her Bachelor thesis but mainly just enjoying her last few month in Göttingen. She'll move out end of March or April so we than will need to look for someone new together. Brit Marie just moved in in November and is new to Göttingen so always up to get out and about. We have a clean WG, share our staple foods (if you like) and are happy to welcome a nice, open minded and freindly person.
