Die WG liegt etwas auf dem Berg und direkt am Stadtwald. Man kann direkt zum joggen in den Wald und es ist extrem ruhig. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man trotzdem in 10 Minuten am Zentral Campus und in ca. 12 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Der Nordcampus und das Uni Klinikum liegen sogar noch etwas näher (7 Minuten) als der Zentral Campus. Zurück fährt man etwas länger, aber ich bin mit dem Rad in 15 Minuten vom Zentral Campus zurück, vom Nordcampus aus braucht man 10-12. Die Haltestelle der Buslinie 80 ist auch nur ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg entfern.
Wer ein Auto hat findet reichlich kostenlosen Platz zum parken.

The flat is situated on a small hill and next to the forest. You can directly go for a run in the forest and the area is very quite. Nonetheless, it is just 10 minutes to the central campus and about 12 minutes to the inner city by bike. North campus and the university hospital are about three minutes closer than the main campus. On the way back you have to go up the hill, so it normally takes me about 15 minutes from the central campus or 10-12 from the north campus. Alternatively, you can take bus line 80 with the next stop being only a 3 minutes walk from the flat.
If you own a car, there is plenty of free parking available.

In der WG werden zwei Zimmer zur gleichen Zeit frei. Im dritten Zimmer wohnt noch bis zum Sommer Theo, der gerade seinen Master abgeschlossen hat. Es besteht für dich also die Möglichkeit, die WG-Zusammensetzung maßgeblich mitzubestimmen.
Wir haben bisher immer ein entspanntes WG-Leben geführt. Wenn irgendwas in der WG gemacht oder organisiert werden muss, geht das immer problemlos (inklusive des guten alten Putzplanes). Freizeitmäßig galt bisher immer die Devise „alles kann, nichts muss“, denn jeder ist mit Privat- und Unileben busy. Gelegentliche Aktivitäten, gemeinsames Kochen oder ein nettes Gespräch in der Küche sind aber immer willkommen. Da aber ein Großteil der WG neu besetzt wird, kannst du das ganz nach deinen Wünschen mitgestalten.

There are two rooms available in our flat at the same time. The third one is occupied by Theo who will stay until Summer after having finished is Master’s recently. Hence, you will have the opportunity to take part in deciding how life in the flat will look like.
So far, we have always lived a pretty relaxed life together. If anything needed to be done or organized, there was never a problem – including the good ol’ cleaning schedule 😉
Social life was always welcome but never an obligation – we’re all busy with our private and university lives and we get that. That being said, occasional activities, cooking together or just a friendly chat in the kitchen are always welcome. For the future, however, this will be to a large extent up to you.

I would prefer to sell the furniture with the room. This includes a bed (140x200cm), an armchair, a desk with a chair, a shelf and a dresser.
