Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und hat vier Zimmer, wobei Wohnzimmer und Küche nicht getrennt sind (offene Küche).
Ein großes Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche und ein Gäste-WC sind auch vorhanden.
Zusätzlich zwei Balkone und ein ca. 20qm großes Kellerabteil.
Die Wohnung liegt am Leineberg. Von da aus sind es in etwa 10 min mit Fahrrad in die Innenstadt und ca. 20 min zu Fuß.
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ein Nahkauf der ca. 3-4 Gehminuten entfernt ist. Dort gibt es auch einige kleine Restaurants.
Die WG wird gerade neu gegründet mit Lea (18) und Daniel (24). Wir sind zurzeit beide Schüler und machen unser (Fach-)Abitur.
Zum WG- Leben kann ich demnach noch nicht viel sagen, aber unseren Vorstellungen nach soll es keine Zweck-WG werden, sondern ein harmonisches Miteinander, in dem man auch mal etwas gemeinsam unternimmt, einen Film schaut oder sich, bei ein paar Bier, etwas unterhält :).
Auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit legen wir, in den Gemeinschaftsräumen, sehr viel wert, da sich auch jeder Wohlfühlen soll :)
Solltest du ein Fahrrad oder ein Auto haben ist auch das kein Problem. Im Keller und vor der Haustür sind Stellplätze für Fahrräder und einen Parkplatz findet man auch immer, zudem dieser auch kostenlos ist.
