ich möchte mein teilmöbliertes WG-Zimmer in unserer 2er-WG ab sofort bis zum 30.06.2021 zwischenvermieten, mit Option, dass die Wohnung dann übernommen werden kann. Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, von denen ich das zweitgrößte (ca. 13 qm) bewohne. Es hat ein Fenster nach Südwesten mit Blick auf den Balkon, der Boden ist mit Teppich ausgelegt. Ich werde das Bett und mindestens ein Regal im Zimmer lassen, dazu wird es einen Tisch und Stuhl geben.

I want to sublease my partly furnished room in our shared 2-person student flat from now to June 30th 2021, with the possibility that you could overtake the flat after my roommate and me have moved out. The flat has three rooms, of which I live in the second biggest (ca. 13 square meters). It has a window facing south-west, looking out onto the balcony. The floor is covered with carpet. I will leave the bed and at least one storage rack in the room and you'll also have a table and chair at your disposal.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf dem Leineberg. In die Innenstadt sind es mit dem Rad oder Bus (Haltestelle ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) etwa 10 Minuten, zu Fuß eine knappe halbe Stunde. Nahe gelegen sind der Kiessee (15 Minuten zu Fuß), die Tonkuhlen, die Leine und der schöne Stadtfriedhof (jeweils etwa 10 Minuten). Direkt gegenüber sind ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Imbiss.
The flat is located in the Leineberg district. The city center can be reached within 10 minutes by bike or bus (bus stop ca. 2 minutes away by foot) or within half an hour by foot. The Kiessee lake, the Clay quarry ponds, the Leine river and the beautiful park cemetery can be reached within 10-15 minutes by foot.
Meine Mitbewohnerin studiert Medizin und ist weltoffen. Wenn ihr euch gut versteht, können sich immer wieder nette Gespräche und gemeinsame Essen ergeben, es geht aber auch sehr gut, dass jeder sein eigenes Ding macht. Wenn Hilfe benötigt, kann man sie auch immer fragen.
My flatmate studies medicine and is quote cosmopolitan. If you get along, there is the possibility for nice chats and having meals together, but it's also very much possible to do your own thing in this flat. If you need help with something, you can always ask her.
