Ich überlasse dir mein WG-Zimmer während ich im Ausland bin. Das Zimmer ist 18 m^2 groß und hat 2 große Fenster und Zugang zu unserem Balkon. Ich vermiete das Zimmer möbliert, bin aber relativ flexibel wenn ich ein paar der Möbel raus stellen soll. Die Wohnung hat neben den beiden Zimmer noch ein Wohnzimmer und du hast auch noch super viel Platz um Sachen unterzustellen in unserem Keller und auf dem Dachboden. Dort kann auch super die Wäsche getrocknet werden, so dass die Wohnugn damit nicht voll gestellt ist.

I'm subletting my room to you I' m abroad. The room is 18 m^2 and has 2 large windows and access to our balcony. I'm subletting the room furnished, but I'm relatively flexible flexible if some pieces of the furniture should be moved out.
In addition to the two rooms, the flat has a shared living room and you also have a lot of space to store things in our cellar and in the attic. You can also dry your laundry up in the attic, so that the apartment is not full.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in der Nordstadt von Göttingen. Zum Nord- oder Z-Campus sind es jeweils 10min mit dem Rad, das Klinikum ist 5 min weg und die nächsten 2 Bushaltestellen sind 3 min weg. In der Innenstadt bit du auch innerhalb von 10 min egal ob mit Rad oder Bus. Am Hochschulsport bist du auch innerhalb von 15 min. Innerhalb von 5 min findest du einen Penny, einen Lidl, den nächsten Asia-Supermarkt und einen Rewe Getränkemarkt. Insgesamt ist man bei uns in der Gegend also super ausgestattet und angebunden an alle wichtigen Orte in Göttingen, kann aber Nachts in Ruhe schlafen und hat keine Problem mit Fahrrad Diebstahl.

Our flat is located in the northern part of Göttingen. It is a 10-minute bike ride to the North Campus or Z-Campus, the hospital is 5 minutes away and the next 2 bus stops are 3 minutes away. You can also get to the city centre within 10 minutes by bike or bus. You can also get to the university sports centre within 15 minutes. Within 5 minutes, you'll find a Penny, a Lidl, the nearest Asian supermarket and a Rewe drink market. All in all, you find all the necessary shops in our area and are connected to all the essential places in Göttingen, but you can sleep peacefully at night and don't have any problems with bike theft.
Deine neue Mitbewohnerin ist Mareike. Mareike ist 24 und hat gerade ihren Doktor in Chemie angefangen. Sie wohnt schon seit dem Bachelor in Göttingen und kennt sich daher sehr gut in der Stadt aus. Nach der Uni findet man findet man sie im Fitnessstudio oder unterwegs mit ihren Friends.
Unser WG leben ist super entspannt, der größte Streitpunkt am Zusammenleben, namentlich das Geschirr abwaschen, ist durch unseren Geschirrspüler aus dem Weg geschafft. Abends kann man sich immer ein bisschen was von seinem Tag erzählt und zu besonderen Anlässen, wie Geburtstagen, wird auch mal gerne eine Party geschmissen.

Your new flatmate is Mareike. Mareike is 24 and has just started her PhD in chemistry. She has lived in Göttingen since her Bachelor's and therefore knows her way around the city. After uni, you can find her at the fitness studio or on tour with her friends.
Life in our aparment is very relaxed, the biggest point of contention in living together, namely washing the dishes, is out of the way thanks to our dishwasher. We usually chill in the kithen in the evening and talk about our day and on special occasions like birthdays we like to throw a party.
