Ich bin Jara und ziehe aus meinem Zimmer aus.
Das Zimmer ist 16qm und hat ein riesiges Fenster in Richtung Osten, weswegen man morgens ein sonnendurchflutetes Zimmer hat, jedoch gibt es auch eine Jalousien, die das Zimmer fast komplett abdunkeln kann. Auch wenn das Zimmer nah der Weender Landstraße ist, hört man bei geschlossenem Fenster kaum was vom Verkehr. Von deinem Fenster schaust du in den Innenhof, wo du dein Fahrrad unterstellen kannst.

I'm Jara and I'm moving out of my room.
The room is 16sqm and has a big window facing east, which is why you have a sun-drenched room in the morning, but there are also blinds that can almost completely darken the room. Even if the room is close to the Weender Landstraße, you hardly hear anything from the traffic when the window is closed. From your window you look into the courtyard, where you can park your bicycle.
Die Lage ist geradezu Perfekt :)
Es sind zu Fuß lediglich 3min zum Z-Campus und mit dem Fahrrad knapp 10 min zum Nordcampus. Es gibt die verschiedenste Einkaufmöglsichkeiten wie Netto, Aldi, Rewe, Action... in 5 minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß nur ein bisschen mehr als 10 minuten und mit dem Fahrrad 5 minuten entfernt. Auch ÖPNV ist in 3 minuetn erreichbar und der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß auch nur 15 minuten entfernt.
The location is just perfect :)
It is only 3 minutes on foot to the Z-Campus and 10 minutes by bike to the North Campus. There are various shopping possibilities such as Netto, Aldi, Rewe, Action... in 5 minutes walking distance. Also the city center is just a bit more than 10 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by bike. Also public transport is reachable in 3 minuetn and the train station is also only 15 minutes away on foot.
Hier werden außer dir Ughur, Sue, Zakaria and Paria wohnen, wobei Sue Ende Januar leider zurück nach Süd Korea geht. Wir sind eine internationale WG und sprechen miteinander meistens Englisch. Wir waren bisher eine eher ruhige WG, aber sitzen schon gerne mal in der Küche und plauschen und kochen auch hin und wieder mal zusammen.
Wir haben zwei Badezimmer und ein relativ großes Gemeinschaftsraum wo alle zusammen sitzen können. Außerdem besitzen wir eine Waschmaschiene und einen Garten hinter dem Haus, welcher mit den anderen Hausbewohnern geteilt wird.
Apart from you, Ughur, Sue, Zakaria and Paria will live here, but Sue is going back to South Korea at the end of January. We are an international shared flat and speak mostly English. We were so far a rather quiet apartment, but already like to sit in the kitchen and chat and cook sometimes together.
We have two bathrooms and a relatively large common room where everyone can sit together. We also have a washing machine and a garden behind the house, wich is shared the the Other People living in this House.
ggf. kann das Zimmer auch zu einem früheren oder späteren Zeitpunkt vermieten werden.
