The apartment is on 2nd floor and consists of 3 rooms and a kitchen and a bathroom. The room is very cozy with a bed, storage shelves, a cupboard, table, chair and lamps. There is a washing machine in the bathroom and a drying rack is also there. You will immediately feel at home in this apartment. The room has a big window through which enough light brightens the room. There is a common area with dining table but me and my flat mates usually meet up in the kitchen and chat while we cook or drink some tea/coffee.
The apartment is very near to the Nord campus, takes maximum 15 minutes to walk up to the Kellnerweg bus stop. There is also a bus stop, just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, you could take 42 number bus towards the centre and could change the bus for north from Klinikum. You could also walk up to Hermann-Rein-Strasse in case you ever miss your bus. Otherwise you could also take route 80 from Klausberg bus stop just 5 minutes walking from the apartment.
The apartment is very near to the University Gym and Sports complex, and also has a beautiful park, where you could go for a walk.
Tegut, Dm, Dominos, Burger King, Deutsch post are very near to the apartment.
You would live with other international students at the University of Göttingen. (1 male and 1 female)
One of them is a Leena, she is a master's student at University of Göttingen about to finish her 1st semester. She is a very friendly and helpful person who loves to chit chat and go out. You might find her at the central library or binge watching stuff. She also cooks really well!
Your another flat mate will be Irfan. He is a PhD at the University of Göttingen and has arrived in Göttingen recently. You will not see him much at the apartment. He is on his journey of learning new stuff and is also very friendly.
We all live harmoniously with great understanding with each other. It feels like a home to us and is important that you feel like you are at home too. But, it is always the motto that everything can be done, but nothing has to.
Being a shared apartment all of us maintain cleanliness in the apartment, whether it be kitchen, common area or the bathroom. It would be really helpful if you already like to maintain cleanliness too.
There is no extra cost for the apartment. Everything is included in the rent.
There might be damage cost in case anything is found damaged at the end.
