Wir (Erik und Jonatan) suchen einen Nachmieter für das größere Zimmer unserer schönen 2er-WG (20qm). Durch zwei große Fensterfronten ist das Zimmer sehr hell. Man hat direkten Zugang zum Balkon (zeigt Richtung Westen) und eine tolle Aussicht über Göttingen.
Außerdem gibt es ein Bad mit Dusche, eine Pantry-Küche mit zwei Herdplatten, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Klinikum. So ist es auch in die Innenstadt oder zum Z-Campus nicht weit.
Bus: 2min
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: 600m
Zentralcampus: 7 min. mit Fahrrad
Innenstadt: 10 min. mit Fahrrad
Uniklinikum: direkt nebenan

Da mein Mitbewohner Erik auszieht, freue ich (Jonatan, 25, Medizinstudent) mich auf dich als neue*n Mitbewohner*in. Ich würde mich als netten, ruhigen und rücksichtsvollen Menschen beschreiben und mich freuen mich, wenn wir ab und an gemeinsam was kochen, auf unserem schönen Balkon grillen, die Aussicht genießen,... Alles weitere können wir am besten bei einem persönlichen Kennenlernen besprechen :) Also bei Interesse gerne melden.
Die Kosten für Strom, Internet und GEZ besprechen wir bei der Besichtigung (in etwa die angegebenen 40€).
Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschinen und Trockner (2€ pro Nutzung).
Die Zwischenmiete wäre auch nur bis zum 30.09.19 möglich.

We are looking for someone who would like to rent my room. It is in the fifth floor (escalator included) and the view from the balcony is very nice! In the basement there are also washing machines and dryers. All in all, a very nice apartment!
