Dein zukünftiges Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat große Fenster, die zum Garten hinausgehen. Es ist unmöbliert und hat 17 qm, zusätzlich gehört zum Zimmer noch eine kleine Abstellkammer. Das Zimmer ist L-förmig geschnitten, sodass man alle Möbel gut unterbringen kann, wenn man möchte, Schlaf- und Arbeitsbereich ein wenig räumlich trennen kann.
Im Erdgeschoss ist auch noch unser Bad (mit Dusche und Fenster). Die Küche liegt im ersten Stock (die Treppe befindet sich innerhalb der Wohnung), von der Küche geht mein Zimmer ab. Die Küche ist sehr modern, mit viel Stauraum, einem Herd mit Ceranfeld, einem Backofen und einem Kühlschrank mit TK-Fach. Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher (und einiges anderes an Küchenutensilien) sind auch schon da. Alle Wohnungen im Wohnheim haben eine eigene Haustür, es ist quasi ein Reihenhaus :)
Zum Wohnheim gehört ein Raum mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern, wo du deine Wäsche waschen kannst. Außerdem gibt es viele weitere Serviceangebote, wie z.B. Werkzeugausleih, Bierzeltgarnituren, eine Wohnheimskneipe (momentan natürlich leider nicht..).
Falls du nicht zum 1.12. einziehen kannst, wäre auch ein späteres Datum möglich:)

Your future room is on the ground floor and has large windows facing the garden. It is unfurnished and has 17 square meters, in addition to the room there is a small storage room. The room is L-shaped, so you can accommodate all the furniture well, if you want, sleep and work area can be separated a little.
On the ground floor is also our bathroom (with shower and window). The kitchen is on the first floor (the stairs are inside the apartment). My room is also on the first floor. The kitchen is modern, with plenty of storage space, a stove, an oven and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Microwave and kettle (and some other kitchen utensils) are also already here. All apartments in the dormitory have their own front door.
The dormitory has a room with washing machines and dryers where you can do your laundry. In addition, there are many other service offers, such as tool rental etc.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Zimmermannstraße direkt am Uniklinikum. Das heißt, die Wege sind in alle Richtungen sehr kurz. In 2 Minuten Fußweg Entfernung liegen zwei verschiedene Bushaltestellen (Linien 41, 42, 21, 22, 23).
Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man zum Uniklinikum 3 Minuten, zum Nordcampus 5 Minuten, zum Z-Campus 8 Minuten und in die Innenstadt 12 (großzügig gerechnet:).
Mit dem Bus dauert es zum Z-Campus 10 Minuten, in die Innenstadt 12, zum Bahnhof 14 Minuten.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten (dm, tegut, Apotheke, Post) sind in 3 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar (5 Minuten zu Fuß), Lidl, Netto und Rewe dauern mit dem Fahrrad etwa 6 Minuten (zu Fuß 15 Minuten).
Wenn du ein Fahrrad hast, kannst du es in einer Fahrradbox unterstellen.

The apartment is located in the Zimmermannstraße directly at the university hospital. Two different bus stops (lines 41, 42, 21, 22, 23) are 2 minutes walk away.
It takes 3 minutes by bike to the university hospital, 5 minutes to the north campus, 8 minutes to the Z campus and 12 minutes to the city center (generously calculated:).
It takes 10 minutes by bus to the Z-Campus, 12 minutes to the city centre and 14 minutes to the train station.
Shopping opportunities (dm, supermarket, pharmacy, post office) can be reached in 3 minutes by bike (5 minutes on foot), Lidl, Netto and Rewe take about 6 minutes by bike (15 minutes on foot).
If you have a bike, you can put it in a bicycle box.
Die WG gehört zu einem Studentenwohnheim, sodass du an einer der Unis eingeschrieben sein musst. Mein Vertrag läuft noch bis September nächsten Jahres. Dein Vertrag wäre dann ebenfalls bis dahin befristet, kann aber ggf. verlängert werden.
Ich wünsche mir keine Zweck-WG und habe bisher mit meiner Mitbewohnerin ein gemeinsames WG-Leben gehabt (gemeinsam kochen, in der Küche sitzen etc.). Leider gehöre ich aber zur Corona-Risikogruppe und suche daher eine Person, die sich an die geltenden Corona-Maßnahmen hält und nicht allzu viele Kontakte hat. Wie das genau aussehen kann, können wir ja nochmal besprechen, wenn wir uns kennenlernen :)
Ich studiere Theologie im 8. Semester, mache nebenbei ein wenig Ehrenamtliches, schaue gerne Serien und versuche, regelmäßig Laufen zu gehen :D

The shared flat belongs to a student residence, so you must be enrolled at one of the Universities. My contract will run until September next year and your contract will be limited until then, but might be extended.
I do not wish to live in a shared flat only to save money. So far, my flat mate and I did activities together (cooking together, sitting in the kitchen, etc.). Unfortunately, I belong to the Corona risk group and therefore I am looking for a person who adheres to the current Corona measures and does not have too many contacts. We can discuss exactly what this can look like when we get to know each other :)
I study theology in the 8th semester, do a little volunteering, I like to watch TV series and try to do sports regularly :D
