Das Zimmer umfasst ca. 12,5 qm und ist trotz des Fensters in nördliche Richtung ausreichend beleuchtet. Die Außenwände wurden gerade erst frisch gestrichen (weiß), was dem ganzen Zimmer eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre verschafft. Somit erwartet dich ein helles und gemütliches Zimmer. Zudem befinden sich ausreichend Steckdosen in allen Ecken.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01. Juli frei, ggf. kann der Einzug aber auch erst am 15. Juli stattfinden, wenn du das möchstest. Darüber können wir dann ja beim Kennenlernen sprechen.

The room covers about 12.5 sqm and is sufficiently bright despite the window facing north. The walls have just been freshly painted (white), which gives the whole room a very pleasant atmosphere. Thus, a bright and cozy room awaits you. In addition, there are enough sockets in all corners.
The room is free from 1st of July on.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im nördlichen Stadtteil Weende, von dem aus die ganze Stadt durch den ÖPNV oder mit dem eigenen Fahrrad gut erreichbar ist. Die Bushaltestellen liegen circa 2-3 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - wie Tegut, Aldi, Rewe, Real und Lidl - befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind in kürzester Zeit erreichbar.
Mit dem Rad benötigt man circa zehn Minuten bis ins Zentrum, circa vier Minuten bis zum Klinikum und circa sechs Minuten bis zum Nordcampus.
Direkt neben dem Haus gibt es kostenfreie Stellplätze für Autos. Der Fahrradständer befindet sich vor dem Haus und im hauseigenen Keller gäbe es ebenfalls ausreichend Platz, um ein Fahrrad abzustellen.

The apartment is located in the northern district of Göttingen (Weende), from which the whole city is easily accessible by public transport or by bike. The bus stops are about 2-3 minutes away from the apartment.
Shopping facilities - such as Tegut, Aldi, Rewe, Real and Lidl - can be reached in a very short time.
By bike it takes about ten minutes to the city center, about four minutes to the hospital and about six minutes to the northern Campus.
There are free parking spaces for cars right next to the building. The bicycle stand is located in front of the house and there is also enough space in the basement to park a bicycle.
Wir - Henrik (30, Medizin), Paul (27, Master Development Economics) und Sarah (26, Medizintechnikerin) - leben aktuell in dieser Wohnung. Ich (Paul) werde im Juni, bzw. im Juli leider die WG verlassen und daher wird mein Zimmer frei.
Die WG ist toll, einen ersten Eindruck kannst du dir ja bereits bei den Bildern verschaffen. Die anderen drei Zurückbleibenden sind immer offen für nen Schnack im Flur, ein Bierchen auf der eigenen Terrasse oder eine/einige Partie/n Billard oder Dart.
Normalerweise laden wir auch gerne Freund*innen auf die Terrasse ein (das bietet sich auch sehr an!). Natürlich immer so wie es passt und mit Rücksicht auf alle beteiligten Personen. Und wenn einer seine Ruhe möchte, gibt es bei uns ein klares Zeichen: einfach Tür zu machen.

The WG is great, you can already get a first impression by looking at the pictures. The other three are always open for a chat in the hallway, a beer on the terrace or a game of billiards or darts. Usually we also like to invite friends to the terrace (that's also very convenient!). Of course, always as it fits and with consideration for all the people involved.
And if someone wants his peace, there is a clear sign with us: just close the door.
