Like the whole apartment, your room has very high ceilings. The window is also super big and a lot of light enters into the room, specially in the afternoon.
The total 85 m2 apartment consists otherwise of a cozy kitchen (incl. a dishwasher and a washing machine) and a large living room which are shared. The separate bathroom and toilet (both with windows).
Wie die ganze Wohnung hat auch Ihr Zimmer sehr hohe Decken. Das Fenster ist auch super groß und es kommt viel Licht in den Raum, besonders am Nachmittag.
Die insgesamt 85 m2 große Wohnung besteht ansonsten aus einer gemütlichen Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine) und einem großen Wohnzimmer, die gemeinsam genutzt werden. Das separate Bad und WC (beide mit Fenster).
Everything is very easy to reach from the shared flat: The city center is a 15-minute walk away and on the way you already pass the central campus. The North Campus and UMG are also easily accessible by bike. A bus stop is right outside the front door and it is also easy to walk to the train station. There are different supermarkets nearby (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Biomarkt..).
Von der WG aus ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen: Das Stadtzentrum ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und auf dem Weg dorthin kommt man bereits am Zentralcampus vorbei. Der Nordcampus und die UMG sind auch mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür und auch der Bahnhof ist leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es verschiedene Supermärkte (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Biomarkt...).
Living in a shared flat is very relaxed and uncomplicated, we eat together from time to time, chat in the kitchen or with friends in our large living room.
Pedro is a friendly outgoing person who is doing his masters in Cardiovascular Science who loves to explore the city. He likes to workout specially running and enjoy having a good conversation with a beer or coffee in his hand.
Ali is doing his PhD in Computer Science, makes music, likes outdoor activities and cooks from time to time.
It is important that life together remains comfortable, considerate and supportive.
Das Leben in einer WG ist sehr entspannt und unkompliziert, wir essen ab und zu zusammen, unterhalten uns in der Küche oder mit Freunden in unserem großen Wohnzimmer.
Pedro ist ein freundlicher, aufgeschlossener Mensch, der seinen Master in Herz-Kreislauf-Wissenschaften macht und gerne die Stadt erkundet. Er trainiert gerne, vor allem beim Laufen, und unterhält sich gerne mit einem Bier oder Kaffee in der Hand.
Ali promoviert in Informatik, macht Musik, mag Outdoor-Aktivitäten und kocht von Zeit zu Zeit.
Es ist wichtig, dass das Zusammenleben angenehm, rücksichtsvoll und unterstützend bleibt.
