Beautiful WG room in best location in nice WG :) Wunderschönes WG-Zimmer in bester Lage in lieber WG :))

The apartment is located in the front east quarter. You're super fix anywhere you have to be:)))
The city centre is about 10min walk, the nearest bus stop is about 4min and the next shopping area is about 5min.
At the university you are also relaxed in about 10min by bike or in about 25min on foot.
The area itself is nicely quiet, but still not far from the shot, therefore actually perfect!!

Die Wohnung liegt im vorderen Ostviertel. Man ist super fix überall wo man sein muss:))
Zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 10min zu Fuß, zur nächsten Bushaltestelle ca. 4min und zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 5min.
Bei der Uni bist du auch entspannt in ca. 10min mit dem Rad oder in ca. 25min zu Fuß.
Die Gegend an sich ist schön ruhig, aber trotzdem nicht weit ab vom Schuss, deshalb eigentlich perfekt!!

Sooo it just comes in our WG to a Umbrich, which means that actually 3 rooms will be free overall😵
Therefore, if you like to move with a friend of yours, this would also be a perfect opportunity ;))
It also means, of course, that you would have a right to speak, which would involve other roommates. The WG life will be redesigned...

Alsooo es kommt gerade in unserer WG zu einem Umbrich, was bedeutet, dass tatsächlich 3 Zimmer insgesamt frei werden😵‍💫😱
Deshalb falls ihr gerne mit einer Freundin von euch gemeinsam umziehen wollt, wäre dies auch eine perfekte Möglichkeit ;))
Außerdem bedeutet es natürlich auch, dass du ein Mitspracherecht hättest, welche weiteren Mitbewohner einziehen würden. Das WG-Leben wird sich also neu gestalten lassen…

Zusammenwohnen würdest du in jedem Fall mit:

The 500€ are the cold rental of the room, with about 36€ additional costs.
We could talk about the exact start of the rental, whether in the middle of May or only in the beginning of June :)
