Hello,
since I, Simeon, will be on the way to the Alps during the summer, I will find a sublet for my small WG room in the best location in the Göttingen Ostviertel.
The room is 13 square meters and is furnished for rent. There is a bed with TV in front, a desk, a cabinet and two shelves. Due to the north-facing window, unfortunately, not much daylight comes into the room, but with ceiling radiator and light chain it is bright enough, and the balcony/terrace is available at any time.

da ich, Simeon, den Sommer über in den Alpen unterwegs sein werde suche ich eine Untermiete für mein kleines WG-Zimmer in bester Lage im Göttinger Ostviertel.
Das Zimmer ist 13 Quadratmeter groß und steht möbliert zur Untermiete. Es gibt ein Bett mit Fernseher davor, einen Schreibtisch, einen Schrank und zwei Regale. Durch das nordseitig ausgerichtete Fenster kommt leider nicht besonders viel Tageslicht in das Zimmer, aber mit Deckenstrahler und Lichterkette ist es hell genug, und es steht jederzeit der Balkon/Terasse zur Verfügung.
The apartment is located in the Souterrain of a multi-family house in the beautiful East Quarter of Göttingen. Directly opposite is a savings banks branch and a few meters away is a small Edeka.
In just 3 minutes by bike you are already in the city centre and about 5 minutes at the central campus. To the clinic and the North campus you don't need a 10 min bike. The location is top for Göttingen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain eines Mehrfamilienhauses im schönen Ostviertel Göttingens. Direkt gegenüber ist eine Sparkassen Filiale und wenige Meter entfernt ist ein kleiner Edeka.
In nur 3 min mit dem Fahrrad ist man schon in der Innenstadt und in etwa 5 min am Zentralcampus. Zum Klinikum und dem Nordcampus braucht man auch keine 10 min mit dem Rad. Die Lage ist top für Göttingen.
You will live here with 3 very discerning loving roommates: inside. Jess, 30, studies sociology. Jess loves to sit in the common kitchen and is always to have to fuck. She'd be happy if you're as breathy as she is. Hauke, 22, studies physics and likes to boulder, is out in nature or with friends.
Mattes, 19 studies medicine, plays handball and explores the Göttinger Club and pub scene.
Our WG life is very unavoidable. A relaxed and friendly atmosphere is important to us. We are happy to sit together with a good drink in the kitchen and enjoy the evening together.
With our cleaning plan we also manage to keep the apartment clean so everyone feels comfortable.
Du wirst hier mit 3 sehr rücksichtsvollen lieben Mitbewohner:innen zusammen wohnen. Jess, 30, studiert Soziologie. Jess liebt es in der gemeinsamen Küche zu sitzen und ist immer zum Schnacken zu haben. Sie würde sich freuen, wenn du genauso atzig drauf bist wie sie. Hauke, 22, studiert Physik und geht gern bouldern, ist draußen in der Natur oder sonst mit Freunden unterwegs.
Grade neu eingezogen ist Mattes, 19, studiert Medizin, spielt Handball und erkundet die Göttinger Club- und Kneipenszene.
Unser WG Leben ist sehr ungezwungen. Uns ist eine entspannte und freundschaftliche Stimmung wichtig. Gern sitzen wir auch so mal mit einem guten Getränk in der Küche zusammen und genießen gemeinsam den Abend.
Mit unserem Putzplan schaffen wir es auch die Wohnung sauber zu halten, damit sich jeder wohl fühlt.
In the house there is also a private cellar room, a basement for washing and a bicycle cellar.
The rent is 385€ incl. all that matters. The period of the sub-rent is basically flexible and does not have to cover the entire period.

Im Haus befindet sich außerdem ein privater Kellerraum, ein Keller zum Wäsche aufhängen und ein Fahrradkeller.
Die Miete beträgt 385€ inkl. allem was so anfällt. Der Zeitraum der Untermiete ist grundsätzlich flexibel und muss nicht den gesamten Zeitraum abdecken.
