ab dem 1.11.20 wird mein wunderschönes Balkonzimmer für 1,5 Jahre frei, da ich auf Weltreise gehe. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert und leer zur Verfügung stehen.
Wir sind eine 5er WG und keine Zweck-WG. Es handelt sich um keine Studenten-WG, daher wäre es schön wenn du mind. 26 Jahre oder älter bist. Da derzeit 2 meiner Mitbewohner ebenfalls ausziehen werden, wird sich die WG im Herbst teilweise neu zusammensetzen. Es handelt sich um eine schöne Altbauwohnung mit ca. 180 qm. Mein /Dein Zimmer ist das Größte mit 30qm und besitzt einen kleinen Balkon.

As of November 1st my beautiful and sonny room will be available for 1,5 years.
I will leave my room unfurneshed within that time as I am not 100% sure how long I will stay in Göttingen after returning from my world trip.
Currently we are 5 people but 2 of them are as well moving out. Therefore I cannot really give you more detailed informtion about your soon to become new flat mates ;)
We are not a typical students flat thats why we are only looking for people with age of at least 26 or older.
My room is the biggest with 30sqm out of 180sqm and has a small balkony.
I prefer to discuss further details in person :)
The flat is located in "Ostviertel" very close to the Schillerwiesen.
We are all grown up people who are working or doing their Master. We like to have dinner from time to time or organize a WG evening. Nevertheless everybody has their own life. We are no party WG as we need to work study etc...
Even though we are 5 people in the flat it is rather a very calm and chilled atmosphere where everybody respects each others privacy. Two of my room mates will as well move out therefore I cannot really give you more detailed information about your soon to become new flat mates.
Let´s just say two girls will remain in the flat and they are very nice to live with :)
Please note, as I am going on a world trip in that rather unpredictable times I am looking currently only for an interim incoming tenant. Most likely I will come back spring 2022 and move in again. But there is a huge possibilty that I am not moving in for long. Thats why I leave my room unfurnshed. For the time being I would like to keep my room just in case, as it is super nice and just a wonderful WG.
